The voice actors absolutely are not paid again for the rerelease. They are paid per session. They get no commission or bonus based on the success of the game. In fact a bunch of them including Jennifer Hale and Nolan North are currently on strike specifically because of this. Apparently EA/Activision/Ubisoft/Zenimax and co don't think their input to a game is significant enough for them to be paid like actors. One of the other things in the strike action is working conditions. A bunch of them are specifically complaining about the way Bethesda makes them work. They have to read their lines from a page with only their lines on it, they don't know who the other character is, or what they just said that they are replying to, they aren't even told what game they are going to be in or which character they are. The guy who did the voice of Kellogg didn't find out he was working on Fallout 4 or that he was a main character until after he'd finished recording all his lines. And people wonder why Bethesda games have such terrible voice work.

when I played Skyrim I was almost entirely an archer. minimal magic, as in healing only, I carried an axe and a shield if shit got rough, but I was basically carrying mostly arrows for my bow and just perpetually upgrading it and the arrows. in my game's world there was a lizard man just running around shooting arrows like a lunatic.

GrindingGamer I may be the one person who chooses to at least attempt to discipline in everything at once, some more than others. My Nord naturally uses a sword and shield for straight fighting, and is strongest in those talents. He prefers a dagger in stealth, and is willing to amplify his stealth with illusion magic. When he HAS to engage at a range, he pulls out his bow. Magic is only an option if mortally wounded or when fighting many enemies at once.

I went to sleep at 2:AM last night, cause i was studying for a test. This morning at 8:30, I was woken up by my dorm officers banging on the door. Turns out there is construction going on near our dorm, although it wouldn't affect us in any way, they made us pack up our stuff and stay out of the dorm until 1PM. And then at 1 PM I had my test, a test so hard, myself and the entire class agreed we were all going to fail (literally). Then I had 2 more classes today, so I couldn't take a nap. With each passing hour, I could feel my strength and life force slipping away. When my teachers were talking, my brain would become numb and I couldn't comprehend what they were saying. Food and drink had no taste, and just sat in my stomach after I swallowed it. It's 8PM now, I just got back after my last class, feeling like I am about to die, that this was the worst day of my life... But then I see that AH had uploaded a video about Skyrim Remastered. I thought to myself: "Skyrim? Oh yea, it's one of my favorite games of all time." I play the video, and I see the intro where the AH guys sing and dance to Skyrim's theme song. A giant smile appeared on my face, and before I knew it, I was dancing and singing with them to the tune of one of the best games in history. I felt like I had been resurrected from death. Bless you Achievement Hunters, you guys truly know how to create happiness.

Kevin Gluys In the lore, there was a group of crazy fanatics that had a major hard on for the dragons. The dragons gave the most devout magic powers and special timeless masks (Dragon Priests) and there was a huge war against these assholes and their armies. The dragon followers and priests were cursed to walk their tombs forever as Draugr, denied access to Sovngard and death. The Nords take this threat very seriously, even after all that time, and is often mentioned in books or dialogue. These are the individuals they are trying to keep out, not the dragons themselves.

Tip for upgrading magic. If you read the black books, one will have a perk that makes spells cost no magicka for 30seconds. If you use a constant spell like telekinesis or lightning storm nonstop, it will still work after 30 sec, and keep working until you stop, leveling you up indefinitely

i'm not getting it(yet) due to not having the money but it's so fucking worth it on consoles now that we have mod access it's a long game but remember that the main quest is like 5 hours long and everything else if pretty open-ended so you can just do whatever the hell you feel like doing

Argonian's cant get sickness so generic vampires have little to no chance of infecting you. But you can become one via the dawnguard questline.

Argonians can totally become infected. It's just much harder since they start with 50% resistance to disease so it takes some work for an Argonian to contract a disease.
