Teskmehu I think it does. Normal air has around 21% oxygen, the air you breath out still has 16%. ( unless you put the oxygen back into your lungs when breathing out, but that would be kinda stupid I think.)

kempo 95 If you breathe out you expel all that air from your lungs, meaning your lungs are now empty; no new oxygen is added. In the video they didn't understand why his face turned blue if they breathed out after holding his breath, which is because normal human beings need to keep breathing constantly.
