But even then, probably depends how big of a production it is and what kind of release he's looking for with it. So this is obviously a thinly-veiled addiction PSA, but what is Ken’s addiction? We never see Ken partake in any addictive activities, just the typical after-effects of feeding into his vices. Then I realized something: Ken is addicted to being rich. When he has the financial resources available to him, he becomes an unrepentant dick. So this whole time, him traveling around the world looking for obscure treasures he’ll likely never find has been him keeping his demons in check. He knows he cannot completely overcome it, so denying himself the riches he so easily has available to him by right of birth is the closest he comes to controlling it. But what does his supposed friend do? Forces him to dive into his addiction. Ryu thought “what’s the big deal? Just one time won’t hurt anything!” But it did, because Ken can’t control it, and then Ryu, the REAL villain of this story, blames Ken for what happens, when in reality Ryu is truly his enabler.

Pretty much. Heck, we even get a moment in a later episode where Ryu regrets encouraging Ken as "the world's greatest warrior" since it just fueled his overinflated ego rather than help him grow.

That is indeed Griffith Observatory where Ken meets his dad. I played in a Vampire: The Masquerade game set in LA, and our group had a safehouse right across from Griffith Park, so we looked at a lot of reference pictures of the area so we could get it in our heads. Also, it's been in a ton of movies, from Rebel Without a Cause to The Rocketeer.

I don't know about the US and Canadá's law about this stuff but when you mention "think about that, ken is driving with his bare feet on the pedals", in Brazil where it's common for people to walk around in flip flops during the summer, it is an actual recommendation that you drive barefeet instead of using the flip flops because your feet have better grip on the pedals bare than with the flip flops. So, the more you know. It's best to drive barefeet than with any sort of feetwear that isn't tightly fixed to your feet.

Okay, time for me to unload my grand plan I've had for YEARS! Now, if we're going to be true to the original show, then Season 3 would've been released in 1998. That means the newest games would've been SF III and Alpha 3. So, Season 2 ended with Bison getting sucked into the Internet and Cammy running off "Everything Is LIES!!" Season 3: - Sagat leaves Shadaloo, Adon tries to take his place - Cammy starts showing up again, operating as an independent in her Killer Bee uniform. - Karin is introduced as an actual villain and rival of Sakura. Sees the light later, but still hates Sakura. - Ryu and Ken get sucked into the Psycho Drive and time travel into the future of Street Fighter III, where a new team of Street Fighters, lead by Alex. They also reunite with an older Chun-Li. - R. Mika becomes Zangief's evil protege. They challenge Haggar to a wrestling match in a Saturday Night Slam Masters episode. - Dan barges into SF headquarters and insists on being the newest Street Fighter. You can guess how this goes... - Bison returns, but he's overloaded with Psycho Energy and crazy. Guile and the Street Fighters fight him and it ends like Alpha 3. SEASON 4 is Street Fighter 4.

@@Davethe3rd Interesting ideas and FYI I have my own personal ideas for a potential Season 3 of SFTAS. - Shadaloo creates a fighter named Shadow who resembles pre-mutated Blanka with the skills of Guile and clothes of Charlie. - A PURE Final Fight episode: Cody is arrested and it's up to Guy, Haggar and Maki to help get him out of Jail. Also features Lucia and little to no Street Fighter stuff. - Crossover with Darkstalkers TAS. Possibly continues the Darkstalkers cartoon or is just loose adaptation of Vampire Savior where Guile, Chun-Li (who's now in her Alpha look) and Blanka team up with Harry and the good Darkstalkers. And possibly Morrigan and Demitri. - Ken meets Eliza and falls in love. Tries to win her heart but in the process starts to grow up a bit. - Fei Long and Ryu team up to take down Wo Fat. Also features younger versions of Yun and Yang. - T. Hawk and Cammy encounter Satin Hammer along with Juni and Juli.

I liked this episode. It's more character focused and gives a lot of insight about Ken. How he doesn't want his father's legacy, but he struggles to figure himself out. How fame and abuse go right to his head, and losing the movie forces him to realign and repair his friendships. Okay, back to Blanka being extra mutant and Evil Cammy. Ugh...
