HI, Barbie! LOVE - LOVE - LOVE this tiny journal. It is adorable. Love that you are using black & white images with a touch of color. I have completed a mini journal - each page measures 2 1/4 x 1 1/4. I purchased it from Ricki Tiky Tavy online and have another one that I am going to start on soon. The pages are so small that I haven't been able to photograph them to show on Instagram. I love finding tiny things to add to the pages. Can't wait to see what you do with the rest of your pages! I am enjoying seeing new videos from you, gf!!! ❤❤❤

Joy, I am soooo addicted to this little book and OMGoodness, your book is even smaller. I love it when we challenge ourselves. If I find tiny images I'll send some on to you, too. What fun we could have with these tiny books. I've been wanting to do a black and white journal so this is a perfect start for me, I want to make a larger one. PLEASE try and take a photo of your book, I'd love to see it. Barbie this is a great idea,I love miniature books,and to theme it is a great idea too,a perfect place to use your beloved postage stamps along with your black and white washing tape collection.(Matt) I love that the book will be monochrome,but the butterflies stamps being the pop of colour is going to look great

What a wonderful little project, I've tried tiny in the past, it's not for me I'm hopeless. I loved your collection of ephemera to go in it, so many pretties, all the cloth, especially the little birdies. I too collect postage stamps, no idea where it comes from, I actually found an old album that was my Dad's only the other day when I was rooting through stuff I haven't looked at for years, but I wouldn't have the heart to use any of those. And I definitely didn't get the bug from him cos I wasn't interested in stamps then, only since I began art craft. I had to smile when you mentioned your nails, as soon as I saw them I thought 'go you' down with the youngsters, then I chuckled when you said it was to cover up old polish. Washi tape was one of the first things I bought when I started using journals and now I barely use it at all, I find you have to also use glue on it, or it never stays stuck down, or is that only me lol. @elizabethnaisbitt1795 You crack me up, Elizabeth 🤣 I'm sure you could create 'tiny' pieces of art, expecially with all that washi tape. My mom and brother were big stamp collectors, especially my mom. I started collecting and still have those put away. Every once in a while I take them out and look at them. The stamps I use are stamps I purchased from others, only to use in collage art. I broke down and took the polish off yesterday. I love the look, but it's too much to keep up and I refulse to spend $80 on a manicure 😵‍💫 I'm a nail biter, the polish helps me grow them out a bit so I can stop the chomping!!! I'm anxious to get back in my craft room, but work comes first. Today I have to go to the stone quarry and stand outside in 11dregee temps for a bit ......... brr 🥶 I'm too old for this !! Hi Barbie. This is a great idea. I’ve been working on a 2 3/4” x 3” little book doing this very same thing. Although not themed black and white. I have a tray where I collect little things that I haven’t been able to use anywhere else or a left over piece of paper I love, etc. I use these things to make my collages. I was planning on doing a video of this idea as well. TFS
