And that's why I would rather go with B&O. Because they stand behind their products. I used their warranty twice, with a different product each time. I purchased Beoplay H95 in 2023. After almost three years, the cushion on the headband started to peel apart. I sent a question asking if it was covered under warranty; they replied IN MINUTES(!) by sending me a shipping label and requesting that I send it in with all original parts for inspection. That was last December, before the holidays. On January 9th, I received a brand-new H95 as a replacement. No questions asked. Okay, let me take that back. They asked one question: if there was any other physical damage, to which I replied, "None, besides signs of frequent use." And that, my friends, is great customer support! You pay premium price, but you get a premium support. Now I'm listening to this video with a brand-new H95! They also replaced my Beoplay EX with charging issue a few years ago. Also smooth transaction. I also have Beoplay EQ, which won't hold a charge anymore, but I unfortunately missed the warranty window for those.

My AZ-100’s arrived Wednesday!👏🏾 I’m an Airpods Pro type of guy and previously owned the AZ-60’s and but I was a bit underwhelmed with the lack of volume and gave them to a family member! The ANC and volume are significantly improved with the 100’s however, I have yet to test them in a noisy environment such as a busy coffee shop or restaurant!🙏🏽

I have all 3. Ranked in order 1. Deviant Gemini II 2. Bowers & Wilkins 2A. Technics AZ 80 & 100

Hmm, really? I have your #1 and #2 and am debating getting the AZ100's. I've been waiting for a proper review and comparison.

Also, the Sennheiser Momentum TW 4 are extremely good and are underrated. I wear them more than the Gemini II's and B&W's. You do need to go through the sound personalization procedure, as it does produce the best sound, and you can NOT get the same results by only adjusting the equalizer. I think people don't run the personalization procedure and that's why they can't fully appreciate them. Flossy Carter did run the procedure on his, and he ranked them #2 overall, behind the Gemini II's. I'm suspecting the AZ100's will be on par with the MTW4's in almost every way. If that's the case, I will probably buy them (I suppose I'll buy them and determine if I want to keep them, since I pay nearly $200/yr for Best Buy Total Protection).

If I have and love az80 is it worthwhile getting the az100? I heard it has actual subbass extension, which is my only con with az80.

Can you get more bass from az100 than devialet ?

Just because you had a personal issue with your pairs of b&w doesn't mean others like myself had.Tbh the pi8 are the fastest changing earbuds I have ever owned,especially when it comes to wireless charging.Your experience with the b&w earbuds is totally the opposite of mines.Sound is subjective and others reviewers have even stated that the b&w sound better than the Geminis with great ANC.

his statement 100% correct. very good video thanks man i didnt have az100 yet.. but i got 50 earbuds so far.. my last two was pi8 and gemini2. i gave away pi8 due to bad tuning and sound quality no clarity its muddy too warm and sibilant its not easy to listen with it. espcially vocal females omg .. only perhaps EDM without vocal. tuning sounded me like a cheap V shape earbud. .. but gemini 2. is omg. its sounding very similar to my focal bathys. spacious, boddied, fuller rich sound and never ever get distortion or being siblant .. its pure clarity and comfort so good..feelings full of premium (pi8 also feels 100% preimum ) i highly recommend ggemini2 if no budget issue.

Very honest and good review. Enjoyed it. The Technics might be even the better pick for people who want the better mic quality.

The AZ-100 is the best all rounder, amazing sound, ok ANC, ok transparency but amazing and calls leading on calls and teams calls in a busy office environment and for that reason they are the best all rounder. If you don't care about ANC and call quality there's better tws earbuds out there but the AZ-100 are up there

I got Germini2 as my #1 earbuds & AZ-80 as #2. I’m now thinking whether I should replace the AZ-80 with AZ-100… what do u think?

I agree, although you should listen to the Sennheiser Momentum TW 4 buds. They are highly regarded but quite underrated.

I also have the Gemini 2's, Pi7's, MTW4's, multiple Jabra's (definitely the best fitting brand), and the Sony XM4's.

Nice review, helpful and informative. Question : what source music format were you using? And codec used/supported? The reason I ask is that I recently got the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4 at $195. Using uncompressed lossless audio and aptx lossless, they sound very musical with jazz, a great sense of timing. Also classical is more enjoyable to listen to than my other earbuds. For example I have the Status Between ANC which I love with their depth, detail and sound stage. But they are behind the musicality of the sennheiser tw4. I used the tw4 with a Sony Xperia supporting LDAC and another using aptx lossless, both using the same source files. And the xperia with aptx lossless sounds a lot, lot better.

How is the loudness and bass from the AZ100 compared to Gemini 2?
@maximilianocampos673622 сағат бұрын
Would you consider trying the Bang & Olufsen Beoplay 11? I would be interested on your take and if it would impact your top 2. I dont have the Devialet or the B&Os yet. I ordered the AZ100s and should be arriving sometime next week.

I understand your frustration with the B&W pi8 saying that you will never buy another B&W but what if the pi9 or pi10 comes out and solved all the issues will you still consider buying one?
@jasonMB99917 сағат бұрын
They labeled them "best sounding". That's not a subjective topic...Gemini is the best sounding I've ever heard, but i just hate the unstable fit and the inconvenient controls. Lack of convenient features And the price it's not at all worth

Sound is subjective. There is no best. That's like saying one type of food is the best tasting.. No, that is subjective.

@@TheGamingAudiophile 😂😂 you clearly don't know anything about sound. Just go eat your food

PS the case transmission on the Jabra Elite 8 and 10 Gen 2 works great.

It's a matter of preference my pi8 sounds better to me then my gemini 2s the soundstage is more open on the pi8

Your information seems biased, There's still 320 dollars right now, I'm pretty sure you know that. Also, you still won't admit whether the pi8's are louder or not. I'm not criticizing you for having bias information.I completely understand how you're frustrated with them, But the way you're presenting the evidence Shows you have a bias Because you're not painting a clear picture for people, In regards to current pricing, As well as the fact That most people like the pi8's because they get Insanely loud, And sound great. I also would love to check out the new techniques.I hope they get as loud!!! Hopefully I can pick them up soon. Thank you. For the video!!!
@skankytrick16 сағат бұрын
The Sennheiser Momentum TW 4 buds also get very loud. I have all the best buds. The Pi7's were the quietest, so apparently they overcompensated on the volume on the Pi8's.

Oh wow ! Nice channel sir, but you talk too much !! This is a little bit boring. 15-18 min at max for this kibd of video, not 26 😂 continue your good work, you have a really good channel

Damn, I didn't even realize this video is that long until I read your comment and then checked the video length. Lol. For a close subjective comparison of the top 3 earbuds ever, longer is better, as they're $300-$500 earbuds. If you don't like these videos, don't check out Flossy Carter's reviews. His channel is fun, funny, and doing great.
