I always told my mother to put her camera down while on vacation. She had a TERRIBLE habit of taking waaaaay too many photos. She and my sister told me I'd be very sorry some day that I didn't have pictures to look back at and enjoy the memories. I've always had an "elephant brain". LOL I NEVER forget anything important to me. I have many memories of vacations, my older relatives teaching me how to do their old dances, older cousins braiding my hair and teaching me how to swim or tie my shoes, etc. I didn't need pictures for any of that. 🥰 My point is...I enjoyed all of it while it was occurring, it can never happen again because they're all deceased, and I have no family left. I'm extremely sad about that, but they visit me in many ways. I'm lucky enough to be an empath and intuitive psychic medium! There is detachment there, but I get reminders when THEY'RE ready. I'm sure everyone else does as well. A smell, a song, a voice...something will remind a person of the past. Things, or people, that leave us, weren't meant to be there at that moment. Some are meant to teach us a lesson, some are meant to hold a place in our life for a brief moment until someone else comes along and some are meant to be with us for eternity. Knowing that somehow helps to let go. 🙏💗

Aligning energetically with what you want (asking Source to deliver), asking friends for help etc.! You won't be able to trust if you continue to hold on to. Otherwise now you're aligned with fear and control and this is what you get.

@@sangohanuchiha ... thank you for asking, mate. It's been an absolute roller-coaster since I wrote the original message... in brief, she lead me on for another 2 months making me believe we still had a chance... (she'd say, "I still love you!" ... "i need time for myself" ... "no im not with anyone else! Who would want me?", etc) ... I fell for it hook, line and sinker... Anyway, I eventually discovered that she'd been sleeping with her boss the whole time! ... and by that, I mean months before we'd actually broken up. This wrecked me beyond belief ... BUT, it was at that point when I stopped chasing her, talking to her... I stopped ALL communication completely, from that point on. And I'll never speak with her again. Even if she ends up on the streets (where she belongs) ... from here on in, she is dead to me. And I've moved on. I now realise that her cheating was inevitable. And if it didn't happen when it did, it eventually would've happened some other time... because it is in her weak nature to do so. Now, I wish myself all the best, and couldn't care less where she is, or what she's doing. She is trash. And I've learnt a harsh lesson.

I met a guy online when I was in a very vulnerable state of mind. I didn't feel happy or complete. And guess what, he was a reflection of me. Exactly the same. The same issues with life and even worse sometimes. It's so true what you said, we attract the same people we are like in our lives. Incomplete and not whole, unhappy. Happiness is a state of mind, if we can be happy and whole in ourselves, only then can we attract someone who's also happy and whole. What a shift of perspective! Anyone reading this: you'll get through this sooner than you realize. You're not alone. We're all in this together. We're all experiencing a pain but trust me, one day, it'll get better. @@daver1161 I had a period maybe a couple months after that where I got back together with the person I was talking about. It was good for a few months until she decided to make the same decision again. I was blindsided and felt dumb for setting myself up to be hurt again but ultimately it was much easier to deal with that time because I’d already been through the mourning process. I’m in a new relationship of 5 months and things are going very well and I’m really happy now. She’s almost the total opposite of my ex and things feel a lot more equal rather than everything falling on me to take care of someone. If you’re going through it just focus on yourself and see what happens for now. Don’t look for someone for a while, but also be open to possibilities if they present themselves to you. Has that worked for you? I've been manifesting since childhood ( 8 yrs old, toured Europe at 10, etc), before LOA was a thing. I'm very interested in what works for other people. It's clearly not the same for everyone, I'd love to know what works for other individuals. I just ask & trust. Nothing else has an affect. Emotion is there in the asking, but I've manifested my soulmate & 2 businesses with severe PTSD, anxiety & depression. HOWEVER, on another level I was a vibrating love, which must trump the depression. I also have a Angelic team & I was born knowing things. Now there is so much info on it, but no one ever explains what they manifested & how. I just know it's a individual thing, what blocks one person may or may not block another. And some people are just born manifestors, I know many, although there is a basic formula some are just tapped into it. Jim Carrey spoke on it " I ask the Universe, it appears" ( he was poor, new bike) much love♥️♥️🌎🌎⚡⚡♾♾

@@gymnast2890 I'm also a "natural" LOA like you, started realising it at around 11/12 years old, the whole LOA culture didn't exist back then. I'm a very stubborn person and also always loved acting so, as a child,I created and played stories and "moments" in my mind about what I wanted. Nowadays I use music and objects. I manifested a house even though I had zero money, based on the object thing. It was basically a very beautiful straw basket that reminded me of those elegant, tidy and cozy "Instagram" homes. I really loved that object and every time I reorganized and cleaned my old ugly hental apartment I would just concentrate on the qualities of that object, abstracting the rest of the place. This way I vibrated in the "perfect house" momentum and forgot about the bad situation at that given time. I found my soulmate through music, 7 years of marrisge and when I was with severe depression too. Music and objects are my favorite strategies. Try this: select from what you have or buy something that represents your perfect life Idea. It's gonna be your "magical" object. Use it, everyday. Look at it and abstract the rest, the objects that represent stuff you don't like. Touch and see the object, enjoy using it and think about how that piece is real , exists and belongs to a whole reality yyou are about to acess. Think about this object as a "clue". Imagine It is a sign that the parts of your ideal world are manifesting ,falling in your lap.

@@sandramarques6866 Fascinating! I never came across anyone who manifested before LOA online, weirdly, I know people/kids who have. I totally didn't realize it until my 20's in retrospect, when I found a book on it, but still no LOA existed, it wasn't called that. I just realized my relationship with the Universe & how things aligned that I wanted, especially when bad things happened around 11/12 I would imagine something & things would magically align & produce a miracle. I use music for sure, I will definitely be trying your object technique...always looking for new techniques & ESPECIALLY as I'm older & working on my imagination, healing & spirituality. It took a lot of determination, decision, strength, and courage to leave. I had to drive 2500 miles to come back home where my family lives. He moved us away from my family. I’ve learned so much from these videos and getting support from the comments I read. I’m not alone. No one is alone. We can do this and get our life back on track.

I think letting go of an attachment isn't easy if u love someone. If ur not emotionally invested then letting go of anything can become easy. However if ur an empath then these terms aren't too easy bc ur always giving and nurturing. If ur a taker then once u feel u have no need 4the other person then walking away is easy. So it depends what type of role u play in the relationship what makes it easy to let go.

letting go doesnt mean you stop loving them,.... it means you surrender to whats not in your control. And not allow it or them to be what makes you happy. Letting go doesnt mean you stop loving them. :) All you can really do is trust that what is yours will come back. Its not easy, but healing means growth. And if they want to come back theyll see that as something positive to come back to. Rather than coming back to the same thing.

I think one thing that may help is the belief that it isn't easy.. That you are the one giving and nurturing in the relationship.. that creates a sense of "need" or importance which could be allowing your ego the "reason" why it's harder for you and why letting go isn't the same for you as other people(any time there is separation is a good signal that its on the ego realm). As you begin to see what you are getting from ideas and beliefs then you allow yourself the choice to replace it with something that is more beneficial to you and that will take you closer to peace. Hope that makes sense!

Personally, I always envision a cord going from my head to the object of attachment. I cut this with scissors, and imagine the object floating away(like a balloon) and the other side of the cord being pulled back in to my head. This side of the cord represents my freedom, and so I sit and feel gratitude for the fact that I've got it back. I managed to let go of the things that I was most attached to in life by doing this. Instantly upon doing this, something inside of me exhaled, released a whole bunch of tension, and said "finally, I can rest". It was an incredible experience!

What if your faith has been altered due to long term abuse, manipulation and trauma? If this core element has been distorted and impacted by the abuser, then how would someone encourage victims to release the disturbing, chaotic, life altering changes that they’ve experienced from their abuser? These effects can last for a lifetime and they will never be the same again. The residual hangover is nothing to take lightly. Though many people often assume that letting go of a false illusion is something easy to do or that it doesn’t take a continuous effort to acknowledge, swallow and reluctantly accept their inhuman actions and/or behavior!!! That’s what keeps some victims and survivors from letting go. Take it or leave it. But it’s the truth, coming from someone who has experienced it first hand. OhhhhLAWD lol

Endlesssoul how do I reclaim my light? By killing them with kindness. How do I allow their attempts to nitpick to bounce off of me? Everyone always says what to do but I don’t know the how. 😔 Thanks for replying

@@amazingrace81 it’s a choice to absorb negativity, a choice to react in anger or frustration, a choice to walk on eggshells. That’s the key, choose to say no I won’t engage in this. Give yourself permission to live your life to the fullest, to say that’s THEIR problem. Because it is. The problem they have with you doesn’t exist outside of THEIR own head. Narcissists are full of insecurity and as soon as you show that they’re attempts to belittle you no longer hold weight, they will cower. Along with being an empath usually comes people pleasing and these narcs subconsciously know that. They assume you will forever be manipulatable. Show them you know who they are and you’re done with the BS. It would freak you out to know how much I resonate with your situation. Took me years to overcome. And you’re right, so much easier said than done. The people you see who seem impenetrable simply chose to be. You owe no one anything Gracie, live for you.

Endlesssoul I stopped engaging in his negativity years ago. The hard part is living my life afterwards. We share a child. Plus, the residual effects still linger. I’ve come a long way but my healing journey isn’t over. Thanks for your support. I’m glad you overcame it. That’s a blessing 💜

This message helps me to know that once I detached from that relationship that serves me no purpose I will open healthier relationships and opportunities that awaits me for being patient in the process. Walking away is so hard but in order to get out of hard situations. I must go through it. That’s the only way I can see myself flourish is if I am able to do something uncomfortable.

Yeah for me It’s better to play the game as best I can than to play the game to win. Because when I am attached to playing the game as best as I can I’m finding joy in the process. But if I play the game to win then I get attached to the outcome. The funny thing is, it’s more likely I’ll win if I’m attached to playing the game as best as I can instead of being attached to winning. Also I’m posting lots of comedy skits on my KZbin Channel right now but all these types of thing that you might enjoy 💪🕺🏻😝

I’m 55 yrs old. My daughter sent me your “Wounded Masculine and Feminine Polarity” video last week, and it was spot on. I began listening to the rest of your videos. I’m in the “Letting Go” playlist. I have to tell you, just from me opening my heart, and really receiving the message, it all really works. Here is how I know: about an hour ago, I drew a small picture on a piece of cardboard. I really want to learn to draw and paint. I LET GO of trying to make it perfect, and just drew it for the enjoyment of drawing (a cat sitting in a window, next to a vase with 2 flowers.) My friend came by my desk and loved it. I was surprised, but, all that you’ve been saying just clicked. I wasn’t concerned about the outcome. Thank you for all that you’re doing. It works.

Yes!!! Last march I broke up with my ex because I wasn’t getting what I wanted, I would invest a lot and he the minimum. So I ended things and set boundaries but deep down I still had hope he will come back, I applied the no contact rule expecting him to reach out at some point. He never did so I did, we got in touch again. We agreed to be friends but i was expecting to go back with him slowly but he did the same thing he did when we were dating, he even took my friendship for granted. 2 weeks ago he replied to my messages 8 days later and told me “he didn’t realized he never replied”. That’s was it for me, I was awesome and he didn’t appreciate me at all, I was being taken for granted again, when I deserve so much more so I finally decided to let him go. I talked to him, said what I need to tell him and said my goodbye. I finally feel free!!! I didn’t feel like this the last time since I wasn’t entirely ready to let go, but now I am. And on the plus side, I learned so much of myself. He never deserved me now I see it and it feels great to let go of attachments 😊

i can't stress enough how much i needed to hear this right now. just got out from a difficult breakup, the wound is still fresh, and I'm trying to find some clarity in it. no one says it will be easy immediately, and that the memories I have with this person will be forgotten. but with time and self-introspection, I will realize that those are just good memories from my past like others. I didn't lose anything. On the contrary, I gained a new life for me that will come and a good friendship that I will develop with this person, maybe even healthier and sincere than our romantic one. so I really thank you for making me see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Hey man, just want to let you know I’m so grateful for this. I’ve been struggling for over a year now, but you helped me identify what really was wrong: me. I was able to properly reflect for once after seeking so many answers everywhere. This is the bit of information that made me realize I’ve been holding on, resisting, and expecting outcomes to go my way which in turn only creates attachment, neediness and a desire for control of things I can’t tame. Again, thank you! You helped me understand it’s okay to let go, not have to be in control, and to value myself.
