是的 , 如果在凌晨1點~3點容易醒來的話 , 酸入肝 . 除了胡醫師建議的酸味食物之外 , 酸棗仁和五味子也都是極具酸味的助眠好選擇 , 但圈點是價格很不親民 . 特別是酸棗仁 , 前兩個月還大大的漲了一波 . 哈哈 ! 真是頭痛呀 .

胡醫師說的一點都不錯👍我的臥房又大窗戶又多所以我在秋冬都會失眠因為冷風進入房內就是開了暖氣也不舒服房內變得不是太乾就太冷!

胡医生我有严重的失眠症,已经有10多年以上了。前几月发现严重记忆衰退,还有抑郁症。肠胃涨气,有时一天会打上百嗝。医生给我开了安眠药吃了还是会在12点到3点醒来。实在没办法了,不知怎么办,希望您看到回复一下,
