Additionally, the little guy transforms if you hit it with something (flashbang, shovel, knife, zap gun), if it encounters another entity while the player is near, and if it spends few seconds outside of the facility. So be aware of your surroundings while you rock it, don't hit it and especially don't bring it outside, as it will wreak havoc. They take around 7 shovel hits to kill, but that may prove insanely difficult to pull off, since they one-hit players

they start crying if: they witness someone get hurt, die or see a dead body they have a flashlight shined in their face (thats why they cried in this video) hear a super loud noise are hit by something shaken to hard while held

Funny trivia: currently wiki says only one can spawn but if you manage to spawn two, they may sit and look at each other without following you for a few seconds, as if they were playing together. The hoarding bugs also try to catch the babies, ending following them (and therefore you). It's best to get rid of them by running around corners, as having a bus of 3-4 bugs very close to you will lead to hitbox collisions and aggro. The presence of ennemies don't seem to have an impact on the baby's behavior. He can jump out of your arms no matter what.

note that its incredibly fast and take 5~ hits to kill but can one shot you, its comparable to the jester so i wouldnt reccomend trying to kill it unless you have a shotgun.

no it's just ambiance noises when you're alone (some ppl call them "paranoia"/"insanity" noises); they don't mean anything. they aren't caused by anything except being alone i think the deeper explanation is that they're based on your insanity level (the same meter that makes the ghost girl choose you): when you're alone, your insanity spikes fast. So you get more "insanity noises" bc of that. But it's not bc of the mask item

you can throw it into the hole of the elevator, but there seems to be a barrier when you want to throw it into a deadly hole.
