The belt bag was made for equipment only, so basically anything from the shop can be stored is the pack. It was introduced to make players more keen on using equipment rather than debating between one more scrap item or a piece of equipment

They also added a Meteor shower! I haven't seen much footage of it but theres a video of it on my channel if you want to see it. The Bag and Meteor Shower are the only new additions to my knowledge.

It seems to only be able to hold tool type items. When I tried the beta with a friend this morning we found out that if we had a bag stored in the red cabinet with items in it and we WIPED then the bag didn't wipe and still had all the items we stored in it. This will probably be great if you like to stockpile flashlights and hate having to rebuy if the whole group wipes. I think I'll do that from now on ...

only loot scrap gets wiped from ship. all tools such as flashlight shovels and such dont wipe as long as its on the ship.

You can put only purchased items in the bag, or intended for use, not sale.

this update is great if you want to just carry a shovel and flashlight walkie talkie etc so i think its very good i just think the size of the bag should be lower to atleast 5-10 slots anyways great update!

To be honest, the update is kinda cool, but i wouldn’t consider it as a “game changer”,it’s more of a minor update, but more’s to come so… btw, you can only put tools into the pack, not scrap.

You can now bring shovel,flashlight,walkie and ur dead friends items while holding 4 scraps good enought for me

Equipment and tool-type items are the only items you can put in the pack, with keys

Just so people know. You can only put utilities into the bag, not scrap. Shotguns count as scrap but there is likely a mod that lets shotguns go in, or anything

I think Zeekeers could put one more slot dedicated to the bag, making the 4 main slots free. I think this will be more rational to do. Maybe reduce the space inside the bag as well.

The whole thing is that you are sacrificing 1 scrap for equipment The belt bag makes that worthwhile since now one player can carry everything you need on top of 3 scrap which improves co-op a lot

Yeah I have to say this is much more OP than what I thought. You can have one person be the pack mule who carries all the support items. I don't think it needs it's own slot.
