I am proud to say I first heard this band at probably the most intimit gig they have ever done or probably ever will do! In Inverness, Highlands. About 30 in the room, much, much less than that at the feeble barriers - still, though, Jason Butler jamp the barriers and ran through the - er - 'crowd' singing and giving it his all even with such few numbers! Epic.

Considering this is, generally, a post-hardcore band, their musical composition, lyrics, and live performances are better than 90% of the bands within their field in the past decade. This guy getting #1 Rockstar is wrong. Personally I don't like this band but despite that they're too new of a band for him to be considered a Rockstar. There were people in that poll like Lars Ulrich of Metallica, Gene Simmons of Kiss and Nikki Sixx of Motley Crue.. They're guys that survived decade after decade of rocking and deserve the title of Rockstar. As for Letlive, 99.9% of the world don't even know who they are and don't even know if they'll be around in a year's time.

I saw Mike Hranica live, he is pretty nuts but in a bad/good way. His stage presence is good, he spits water into the crowd he even took a kids hat for jokes. Mike is good but Jason is nuts as well. Like you said utter passion but he has mutual respect for everyone in the pitt. Which makes him awesome. :-)

They are entirerly different. Rou of Enter Shikari stated Letlive. was his favorite American and the one he wanted to tour with most. At one of those concerts i saw Letlive. Now it is a tie for who i love most. If i am in the mood for some insanity then its letlive, for a bit more laid-back/electric sounds it is ES.
