When you were talking about your eating and having a hard time stopping it reminded me so much of myself. Just last month, after 10+ years of living this way, I was diagnosed and medicated for binge eating disorder. I'm almost 3 weeks into my medication and it's shocking to see how much it's helped. I'm not sure if this is just how normal people live where they can say no to food but I'm loving life so much more not always revolving my life around my next binge. Not saying this is your issue but I can relate to how you feel about eating in moderation. Much love ❤️

I was having the same problem with my hair and it honestly messed with my self esteem and got concerned long term. I ended up linking it to stress and tried so hard to avoid the things that were causing it. My hair has calmed down from falling out in huge amounts too. It’s something so small but it’s nice to see that there are people who experience hair falling out from stress too.

Katy, it's very possible to eat whatever you in moderation. I lost 70lbs using the 21fix day workout from Beachbody and now I treat myself Saturday and Sundays from early in the am to late pm. And eat healthy meals during the week. 🍨🥮💪

Im doing the 21 day fix too! Although I haven’t lost a crazy amount of weight, (my body sucks at losing weight and it loves to make muscle) I do like the Beachbody workouts. I’m currently doing weight watchers and it’s pretty easy for me.

The technical term for hair loss/thinning due to stress is Alopecia, with three stages. I lost all of my hair at a young age, so thin eyebrows, no leg hair, or any on my head. I completely understand what it feels like to lose hair. I can't speak to regrowing hair, as nothing worked for me and now I just rock my bald head. However, I appreciate you for being honest with us and I know we are all here for you through whatever.

Yes, olaplex dried out my hair so much too!!! I switched to Redken High Rise volumizing shampoo (because my hair is much thinner than high d hook too! 😢) and it’s so much more healthy, moisturized, and has more volume. Love you and Jon together!!!

There is a supplement my dermatologist recommends called viviscal that helps with hair loss. There is a type of hair loss called telogen effluvium where you have sudden hair loss but it will slowly grow back. There is also alopecia areata where you loss hair in a circular pattern but there is more treatment such a cortisone injections or topicals. Good luck Kaitlin! I know it can be a stressful situation.

As someone who’s teeth completely changed from Invisalign (almost 2 years) I would recommend just getting the trays you wear at night for the post-treatment retainer. I had permanent retainers on my front two teeth and bottom 4, and they popped off and I had to get the glue filed off, so annoying! I LOVE my overnight retainer though. Only wear it a couple times a week and it’s so much better

Try using fermented rice water! I've also experienced some hair loss and volume loss as a result of bleaching and I've just started using rice water to help my hair grow faster and be more dense.

So I had invisalign as well and loved it. My dentist suggested I keep with the trays a night due to the bar at the bottom makes it hard to floss and clean between your teeth. The "sticks" or "poker" flosses can create larger spaces in between your teeth unlike the "string". The dentist also told me the bar can bend and be a pain to fully clean your teeth. So i continued with the trays for the past 3 years and sleep with them at night, which also help save my teeth for when I grind my teeth at night ;) (Ill admit there are a few times I dont wear them, but it bugs me because I am used to them) Anyway, love your videos and Jon when he joins!! you guys are adorable.
