If you wait for the scientist guy to get to the 8th floor you can sedate his bodyguard on their way back to the room. This gives you access to the scientists room, a view of Hendricks balcony and the ability to phone the Sheikh and snipe them both and walk out with the suitcase. All in one swoop.

I've never seen the nosy guy outside Samantha's room. Also, instead of sniping the sheik, you can call him, race down to the casino, avoiding the cameras, put your guns in the case, get searched by the guards, run up the stairs in the back of his little area and kill him before he makes it back from outside. That makes it easier to not leave your gun case behind and to take the money case with you. On an unrelated note, this is your best video yet.

I played this mission plenty of times. My favourite past time was trying to get all the guards in every floor come into the elevator so I could strangle them and hoist the bodies to the top of the elevator.

I should also add that I found it easiest to wait for both other victims in the elevators. Left elevator first, kill the scientist, take his keycard and briefcase, stash the briefcase above the elevator. Drop down, switch elevators, kill Smutz or whatever his name is, take his keycard and suit him if you like. Now hop up to the 8th floor w/ your sniper rifle, set off the fire alarm, use the cell phone, hop out to the patio, snipe the sheik, back to the elevator, grab the payment briefcase. Easy.

I personally just shoot the sheik the second the security guard leaves with the briefcase...before the dancer girl comes. Much quicker than waiting for her to finish dancing!
