I love the little detail that in both the Elden Lord and age of the stars ending you have some form of paying a respect to Marika by lifting her head but in the Frenzied Flame ending you just watch her head crumble to dust.

I believe the Age of Order is the best ending. The Golden Order is ideal, as long as it can be maintained; the one closest to Christian paradise. The moon ending is a travesty of nihilism and purposelessness, the disease of the modern world. Also, I spit on Niestsche's remembrance.

Idk if you know the symbolism or the lessons of the past Fromsoft games but the Age of Order is one of the worst endings. In the Age of Order ending you don't destroy the current order, replace it, or even modify it, you are just choosing to rebuild an order that has already failed, and you're potentially creating a loop where the same events in the story will be destined to happen again, like the Age of Fire in Dark Souls. The modified versions of the Age of Order endings are unviable because they possess the same flaws as the standard Age of Order ending. The Frenzied Flame ending is terrible because it denies the fact that without suffering there is no joy, and that pain and experiences are what separates us as people. The Dung ending is better than frenzied flame but it's still terrible. This only leaves the Age of Stars which has been misinterpreted due to it being poorly translated in the English version, it's not an ending of purposelessness and nihilism it's an age of true freedom and autonomy for humans as a whole. The Age of Stars ending separates the world from the Outer God, The Greater Will, so they can't influence and subjugate humans. Human's thoughts will be their own, and their efforts will be their own, they will find happiness, order, and structure through their ideas, strengths, and talents, the Age of Stars is an ending ruled by humans and not by gods.
