Pst Nikko was my Boss at Services n Production. I will never forget how I was so done with ministry 6 months in and I told him I want to QUIT because the leadership program was pressing the oils of excellence in me. He said "Think about it" many times and when I broke down in tears he covered my face in his Fatherly hug. I cried and his T shirt was watery until all my pain was done as the team was looking at the white production container ( I was embarrassed at myself). We had a volunteers white Christmas dinner decor event in the next 15mins. I went washed my face and walked back into HyperDome like a Winner wounded but not to Quit. To this day I Never Quit, I serve God n am More Resilient. Thank God for restoration in this relationship.

I also see this as a perfect case of leaving the 99 to look for the one. I think at that moment we easily expect the 99 other sheep to be looking for us but it's just Christ our good shephard who can. At that moment of being lost, you faced the danger of loosing your life, its not strange that those around you were unbelievers, just like the lost sheep in the wild in the midst of both harmful wild animals and those that are not. Your going abroad and restoration is like a well scripted movie .. I see God's hand. Great testimony.

This is profound! Thanks Nikko for spotlighting darkspots in our Kenyan churches systems! I wonder why believers, people in the household of Faith, are usually the first ones to distance themselves when one falls from grace! As Nikko puts it he found love in the world out there, from people he would least expect. May God help us

Thank you Nikko for allowing God to use you in such a vulnerable way. So many are out there struggling and I think you and Tabby have got your minitry well cut out for you.

My goodness 😢. “I have never heard of a sick person take himself to hospital to be told that since you brought this sickness in yourself, we can’t treat you” Wueh!!!! And then Pastor Korir’s apology. No excuses, defensiveness. Now this. Is. The Church!!! The body of Jesus Christ. There’s beauty and glory in the church even if she’s not YET perfect

I have cried watching this. Nikko did a lot for me, coaching me on how to become a confident singer, he spent so much time encouraging and not giving up on us. He really transformed us in a big way. I’ve just felt I failed you as my leader as well. I mean we see these leaders strong and we take a lot from them but we should also commit to praying for them without ceasing, pray for their families, pray that God protects them from temptations, from all the things the enemy may bring their way. I appreciate you Nikko and I didn’t know all these. But I am so glad to see that God has shown His face upon you and your beloved family. God loves you! You are such a talented music leader, I remember everyone of my friends that I brought to Nairobi Chapel said they felt a piece of heaven in the 45 minutes they spent praising and worshipping. Something they didn’t feel in their own churches. I love Nairobi Chapel and I appreciate the church for not shying away from taking a look at these faults and taking the courage to touch on such contentious issues. And as Nikko has said, the good outweighs the bad and that’s what has always brought me back to my home, Nairobi Chapel. So thank you! And all glory goes to God.

Great seeing you Pst. Nikko I hope to get to see you next weekend leading worship. The church is not a courtroom. It is a conversion, confession, repentance, reconciliation, restoration, forgiveness and sanctification center, where flawed people place their faith in Christ, gather to know and love him better, and learn to love others as he designed.

I wonder what the wife's version of the story is.. Did anyone stand with her? Did she receive any support? Sometimes we focus so much on the fallen what about the one who has been hurt? What about her story? Does it matter? Anyway, don't leave your loyal friends, saved or unsaved.

Niko is a great Man of God. This is my first time to hear and get to know what happed and how the church abondoned him! When a Christian falls the Bible tells us to restore the with love. "what if Niko committed suicide.. Would the church forgive itself? Just thinking deeply. When my husband died, God used Niko and the VOWS to bring comfort to me.. Something have never shared with Niko to date. Through VOW we could meet sing and hold concerts where my healing started Nikko you are Great Man of God and I thank God for restoring you. I FEEL IN MY SPIRIT THERE IS A GREAT MINISTRY BEING BORN IN YOU. GOD WILL USE YOU TO RESTORE SO MANY HURTING CHRISTIANS, WHO ARE DYING IN THEIR PAIN. AMEN.
