What's your crazy camping dog story?

I love how you are camping with a large dog! Most people are describing camping with small to medium size dogs, and sometimes doesn't fit into my situation. I have a pyrenees mix, so he's small for a pyrenees but he's still a big boy! I have camped for years, but this is my first time alone and my dog's first time at a campground.

We leave tomorrow! We've been practicing in the backyard. I learned he definitely needs his own bed - he stole my sleeping pad and part of my blanket! 😅

Update: it went great even in the rain! We did a good amount of hiking and he wore his backpack with some snacks for the first time!
