I think a special end-of-year double episode of 'Challenge Accepted: Fan Favorites' and 'Challenge Accepted: Rematch', where a new crew tries some of fan-voted for challenges, and where they go back and take another hot swing at failed challenges, are both great ideas. Kind of book-end the season with some goodness.
