So I go to check out vol.1, and I'm in Ohio, south of that area. This means more than 1 delivery driver of either pizza or groceries( myself), have an run in with weirdos...odd the next story I hear after asking where do I share my delivery story, is also in Ohio(s.e ) definitely not same people/person in my story but that does creep me out just a little more lol

Not quite. You're not allowing anything, you're just not preventing anything either. The distinction is worth considering, even if the end result is similar. Allowing it would be if you're in the position to decide whether or not something happens, and opting to let it happen rather than prevent it. Bring a victim if a previous crime does not generally put you in this position.

For the delivery driver who tried to break into his boss’ home, it’s never a good idea to let a criminal go. He obviously didn’t respect his boss, lying about his reason of not showing up to work, then having the audacity to try breaking into his house, jeopardizing both he and his wife’s safety/lives. And now he knows where he lives, so for all he knows, he could show up again. No. I would’ve had him fired and charged, in that order, if he were my employee. Give people a second chance when they actually deserve it. He probably took advantage of his boss’ kindness and went on to victimize some other poor soul.

First of all, unless he planned on killing his boss, he wasn't jepordizing his life. Secondly, it was the Boss's choise. The boss knew the kid and the situation better then you, so who the heck are you to tell him his choise was wrong? Thirdly, you don't know the kid and are ASSuming he would commit another crime...maybe the boss caching him scared him straight, maybe it was a prank, you don't know. Lastly, charging him isn't actually going to do anything, lol. Maybe he will get 6 months in jail and then have it expunged, if he was a minor or be guarenteed to commit more crimes, due to an adult record but it certainly wont stop him from committing crimes! Also, he didn't need to be fired because HE QUIT! Probably out of embarassment. I mean my goodness, have a little faith in the boss. If the boy had kept harassing him, I am sure he would put a restraining order in place...You people can't just apply your own emotions and experiances to another man and judge him. It is rude and dissrespectful. He did what he thought was right and he obviously knows how to handel his s**t...he does own his own store...

As someone who delivered pizza for around 10 years, it is definitely not selfish to hope for a good tip; especially if it's a nice area and place. Thankfully, I've never had any horror stories, not personal ones anyway. I did read a female delivery driver that was sexually assaulted in my area and robbed. I guess the scariest thing about that was I knew her attacker, went to high school with him, and had delivered to pizza to him in the past. That did kind of give me the creeps when I heard about it.

That boss in story 3 is a way better person than me. Maybe I would have understood him pretending to be sick because he wanted to go to a party instead but I would have definitely pressed charges against him for trying to rob my house in the middle of the night (hopefully that's all he wanted to do, and not something worse). Like, being understanding towards a college kid wanting to go to a party is one thing, but there are limits.

Story#1 That woman would've gotten thrown to the ground and I would've gotten in car and called the police and told them that I was just assaulted by a crazy woman while delivering her the pizza she ordered.
