Hey Trevor, Thanks a Bunch, was very exited to do this template. I made my Client save money by suggesting him not to print 2000 copies of Letterheads. Instead I told him you can use this template and take print outs only on need basis. Its was great value addition.

How about allowing for printer margins? If you take thebgraphic all the way to the edges of the page, you will get blank space due to printer margins.

My shapes dissapear unless I click somewhere in the document! Why is that? And for some reason I can't manipulate the diagonal stripe the same way you do - the bottom point changes the upper point too! I followed each step exactly...

I have tried to create this in Word 7 but I am not able to use the edit shape menu to get the shape points yet you said it is possible to do this in Word 3 & 7. Could you please let me know how I can get the edit shape menu to work?

Hi Mary, It is possible to create this letterhead in Microsoft 2003 and 2007 that you will not be able to edit the points in the shape. Best wishes Trevor

Trevor Easton I think then this tutorial is not useful for Word 2007 users, since most of the final aspect of the header depends on this function. Is there an alternative? Thank you!

Great tutorial but users of Word 2007 will be disappointed because the "edit points" does not seem possible. However, if your version of Word 2007 is part of Office 2007 you will also have Excel. You use the edit points in Excel!!!!!
