All Mom need to remind themselves of this. Self care is so important and yet so hard to achieve with littles in one's life. And I am past that point now well into my re-invisioned life after one career and on to the next. I still struggle with making the time for me. We trust your time away was helpful, although it was sad to hear that you were will while in Senegal. The ocean and the beach and the warmth help to heal the body and soul too. And of course, savasana. Blessing Lizzie for the wonderful work you do. Perhaps we can meet in Salzburg when we are there, soon, fairly early in April. I will reach out, just in case.
