My friend was a private chef for Sting and his family she would have to fly to Italy to their house at a moments notice and would have to create recipes only using the produce grown in their gardens - she was an incredible cook though she worked for them for over ten years

I have a friend who's a personal chef! She told me that a private chef will be employed full-time by one family/person and available all day, while a personal chef can have several clients. She has a few who live in the same area as her, and they pre-approve menus in advance. She then meal preps for them in a kitchen space she rents (that's where we met!) and delivers their food, so she's not responsible for their shopping or anything like that. If I remember right she brings a few days' worth all at once for some people, especially if they have kids who need lunches ready to go. For others she brings the meals at a fixed time, and might make things like smoothies in their kitchen or even stay a few nights a week to cook dinner. She can also be booked in advance if they have a special occasion.

Grace, I’m a barista! I believe the way you steam your milk gives you too much foam for you to be able to draw anything in your coffee. You need a very glossy/shiny milk where the bubbles are broken down/incorporated throughout the whole milk(there are many tutorials on how to achieve that microfoam, but, when you’re steaming, you basically need to create a whirlpool in your milk after incorporating air into it)

They are little mini cakes that can fit in little to go boxes and there are so many aesthetic designs you can do from pinterest as well!! i think you will love it! just an idea in case you need one!
