Gideon is a straight up menace. Last time there was the straight up murder attempt and now it's abusing his parents and shrinking people without any concern whatsoever. And it's not even a 'He'll grow out of it' thing, this level of contempt would be concerning for a full grown adult, let alone a child.

Canonically everyone has five fingers and depending on perspective it will show a character either having 4 or 5 depending on what's most convenient at the time to animate. Larger characters tend to have more fingers more consistently while the kids are more likely to have four in most scenes.

While that is true I don't think they ever actually animate more fingers. The smaller characters do have four fingers but like you said are implied to actually have five fingers, however they will always be drawn and animated with four fingers. In all scenes not just some

I didn’t have siblings growing up, but I did have a cousin that was pretty much sibling competition. She always had the coolest toys that I had been asking for birthdays or Christmas, it was her way or the highway, and we would get the same presents but everyone would get more excited over her getting it. And of course, we always had to get matching outfits for Christmas. She was doing great in school, even math and receive praise, and I would be struggling. If I stayed at her house and we were eating dinner, I would be an angel at the dinner table while she was goofing around and my great nana would praise me for sitting quietly and eating my food instead of throwing a fuss. If she did something bad, we both would get the “girls, you barely see each other. Can’t you just get along?” lecture, but if she threw a fit because I didn’t do something her way, I’d get lectured. We were always trying to one up each other🤣
