Love this! I think I've been wrapping the sandwiches correctly but the way I do this gets paper into the middle and I have to unroll the sandwich a bit so I don't bite paper. Does anyone else struggle with this?? Maybe I'm doing it wrong? I can't tell at the end if there's a line of paper down the middle of the wrap or not

Thanks for the recipe! This is great. More importantly, I'd like to also thank you for not blasting my vestiblular ducts with high-volume generic montage music. Not sure what's up with the trend, but I watched 5-6 lettuce wrap recipe videos just now. This is the first and possibly only one on youtube that didn't blast both lobes with an acoustic sledge a minute or two in. And for that I thank you. Also, the wrap recipe looks pretty good, so thanks again for that too.
