well it depends for everyone's play style. as we talk for elvui you can edit pretty much everything about healthbars, also you can use defaul blizzard bars while using elvui too.

My only issue with the druid heals for high mythic is the mana issue. You're oom after every fight, the heals are strong but they don't have a spam heal that's efficient at all

J Rose yeah it depends for affix dungeon key level. But with good party it is enough to heal without going oom. Evem some fights i used mana trinket like tyranical moroes.. but regardless from the difficulty with nice party mana shouldnt be a issue. Mana for pugs was the problem. I played entirely with pugs sometimes ppl dont know when to play defensive which thats not a issue for ppl who play together for long time or the more hardcore.
