I haven't tried, but I doubt doing Verdan at level 24 (and with the same gear) is possible without world buffs.

hey why not use the mace in OF

I had not trained maces at this point, but more importantly it has a poison proc that breaks Gouge, which can be a big problem in hardcore (especially when soloing dungeons).
