You might want to look into a mask that seals to your face with replaceable filters. It may not seem like it but micro fine particles may be getting past that mask your. Non soluble particles like fiberglass dust or asbestos or rock dust are very bad for your lungs. It's a cumulative thing. I worked in dusty attic areas, those masks always leave racing stripes along your nose. Silicosis and Mesothelioma is no joke
