Hello🙂. Thank you for reaching out to DubiCars. The Kaiyi X7 has a simple gear lever with three slots. When you start the car, it is always in 'P'. To shift into 'D' pull the lever backwards. To shift from 'D' to 'R', push the lever all the way forward (2 slots forward). To shift into 'N' from 'D', gently push the lever forward (1 slot forward). 👍
