I also Use the 'Brusher' Font, another 100% Commercial Free use font - I use it alone on inspiration/ motivational quotes, i find I always have to shadow or create in embossed effect as the join lines are thin. 😎👍

Hi Juna how you do the black background to not show up on the t shirt once i remove thr background i see no color in the back or if i give it color it will show it as a square on the t shirt...any tips ? ty

remove the color and export with selection only (no background)

So I usually use the Merch by Amazon size 4500x5400 unless I want to put it on bigger items like comforters, shower curtains and big art prints... I design them in CMYK but I save them as PNGs which is RGB.
