Hey Levelcap. When u have fired all your rocket pods at a tank, then switching to your mini gun is faster than waiting for the rockets to reload! Like so he can see!

for the weapons go into customisation and look at the very bottom attatchment. for the player on console it is y or triangle at the select class to customise screen.

When stuck circling with another jet, try doing a much more vertical loop holding speed below 315, it's much faster than just circling to get on their tail, also run ecm and use it defensively, don't ever let them get a solid lock, as soon as you hear it beep, hit it and pull out or get low

I found learning to use the primary gun more often helps soo much more. I dont even use lock on rockets anymore.

Thats why dice added all the counter-AA measures for infantry, tanks, ifvs, practically every thing has AA abilities, but i get where you're coming from as it's hard to find a teammate smart enough to co-ordinate your aa with against a jet.

the mini cockpit is nice! It offers a greter field of view while remaining inside the cockpit, a good alternative to avoid switching back and forth between the 3rd person and the cockpit view. And during the glitch, it's just as hard to aim, so I'm all for it! :p

You guys are dominating the air and ground. When I watch your videos I think BF3 is like piece of cake but it's a big deal when it come to play. :) You've done a great job Levelcap. I have a few questions; first, can you tell me what is your keyboard settings for jet? Second, Do you have any tip for improving the jet flying especially dogfighting? Simply from watching a few of Levels Jet videos, I have gotten way better.Being far and high enough will let you hit/disable/destroy an enemy tank in one pass.Two full rounds of Pods will take out any vehicle.Watch how he leads the targets and you try it, works perfect.......Lvl=BF3 BEAST

there's a setting called mesh when set on ultra that lets you seen the little Doritos and orange vehicle icons. really love it :3

Hey Levelcap, just a small tip, since i see that you miss a lot of rocket/minigun shots when you shoot at ground targets, who are also a squad leader: aim between both signs, because if you fly really close to one of those targets you'll see that the actual target is always between (and a little beneath of course) both signs. Keep up the great work!

I am not a great jet pilot but I always aim about a half jet length in front of them when in a turn. At most you will need a full jet length. Rocket pods and guided missile are to use against the ground vehicles.

I hate being destroyed by jets and helis as much as the next guy, but the obvious tactic is to run a tank with laser and guided, or get 1 support and 2 Engi's with AA missile and shoot them down. If you noticed, there was very little AA fire from the tanks, enemy heli or engis on the ground.

Do whats called a switch. Flip your jet in the direction you want to switch in and pull up. Repeatedly doing this makes you near impossible to tail.

It all depends how far away you are from a jet. You have to lead them with the gun unless you're directly behind them (the farther from the jet, the more you must lead). Heat seekers are great but try using rocket pods just to force yourself to improve with the main gun.

Just assign vertical climb to the Space Bar key & mouse. That way, you can keep your mouse steady and still turn all smooth. Space bar has no use in jets by default anyways.

First, fly in regular mode(not hardcore). -Spot everything.That icon will help you see everyone. -Run Air Radar, Flares, and Rocket Pods.If you dont have the Pods, obviously Heat Seekers.But they dont help you take out Armor. -Air-90% of the time you are going to have to lead your targets.This will only be a small distance.but the bullet drop applies to Jets as well. -Ground-Once an enemy is spotted, Aim directly under the icon.If you are getting hit markers, go full auto and fuck em up.

Use the ECM jammer, Heat seekers, Beam Scanning/Maintainance. Try to use the afterburner and do a full round around the sky and invade the bullets from the jet behind you.

It makes the vehicle drop in health, and if it's a jet/heli it gets difficult to control. For example, a jet starts turning randomly and gets slower.

if you have the mesh quality on high/ultra, you can spot infantry from really long distances and he uses the w/s button for pitch up/down, but i will use the spacebar, i think its pretty cool, too, you play on xbox, i dont know anything about xbox...

Last night I got a double road kill in the SU on Kharg Island by bottoming out the jet on the carrier when two of their guys were running for the F-18s. I was freakin excited. I have gotten road kill a bunch of times but never a double road kill by doing that. :D

Whatever I feel like lol I don't use the M16 nor the AEK very often, I'm usually just going for the next mastery dog tag (5 service stars) after I reach it on one gun, so I hardly pay attention to what I'm using at a given moment. When it comes to any of these KZbin PC players, I'd say a clear majority uses the 93R, it's strong enough to be stand alone weapon so any slow reload times in weapons are easily balanced with that little puppy.

lvlcap, I've noticed in the last few flight videos I've watched that you tend to miss on certain ground runs. When there's a squad leader star with the dorito, the target is _between_ the symbols, not directly under the "dorito". Just a tip. :)

Is there any way to counter air radar because it seems everyone has been using it lately and it leads to countless hours of 2 jets chasing each other until finally one person gives up and just ends up getting mowed down by the other i mean really isnt there ways to beat it, it just seems so strong to me that you can see someone trailing you or if they just fly anywhere within like 100 feet of u right on ur minimap

Turning at the optimal speed decreases your turn radius, allowing you to outmaneuver the other jet.
