Thanks for the point of view man. I was going to attempt something similar with no experience and with a toy but you shed some light on it. And here kicks in the counter personality. When you got time to waste to learn and play around with a toy, say for a year or two. Would it even be possible? Need that effin lower half of my small homestead graded a bit. Got time and ignorance and a one and a half ton machine on its way. Yep it's time to learn that hard lesson.

Learn on the fly if you own the machine. And yea it’s possible everyone had to learn at some point. I did. I learned a lot on my own land. You don’t need a laser level neither you can use a string level. Or feel of your seat which if you run it enough you will get to know how it feels. That will do for rough grading.

Good job. I just bought a Cat 304 and trying to learn how to bo stuff like this. So far not so good. At 86 IT may take a while.

Ah you’ll get there! Just takes time in the seat.

@@thecheltonchannel5739 I spent 35+ year moving dirt but I didn't us much small equipment. Things happen a lot faster with my excavator. I think you did a fantastic job.

Is this a mini excavator?
@thecheltonchannel5739 Жыл бұрын
Yes it is. I had to look it up. But a mini can weight up to around 7 tons.
