Great video. What would help here is you guys would have note down the skill sets needed in order to climb on each level. OR atleast write down the types of jobs associated with the first 3 levels. What skill sets are required to level up our income? That would be more valuable.

Even though I engage in investing, I feel disheartened by my lack of expertise in assessing the performance of individual companies and determining the optimal timing for stock purchases. The erosion of my financial reserves due to inflation adds to my concerns. At this point, I require precise market trajectory information, but I find myself unsure about the appropriate course of action.

Investing in alternative income streams that are independent of the government should be the top priority for everyone right now. especially given the global economic crisis we are currently experiencing. Stocks, gold, silver, and virtual currencies are still attractive investments at the moment. I have heard testimonials of people earning over US$450,000 during this red period.

The most important thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different sources of income that doesn't depend on the government. Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others, as an investor, you should’ve known that by now, nothing beats experience and that’s final, personally I had to reach out to a market analyst for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to a million, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I’m buying again.

Honestly, I think I would be fine at level 5 I know my mind would want more but typically I don’t spend that much money anyway no matter what job I have. I constantly re-create a budget to fit my needs, but I always see that I have money left over. 😅 this may be because I don’t have a girlfriend or anything but recently I have started spending money on things I enjoy because I was never good at such nice restaurants and picking up dance classes cumbia, bachata, guaracha, and salsa (which I have gotten pretty good at) i’ve even started to go to more anime conventions. I am 23 and my net worth is probably around 50k to 60k. I do have a dream that I am working towards. And I want to achieve it, but I do remember the times at which I was so cheap that I wouldn’t even go out with friends to eat and if I did, I would be the only person not eating. I am still fairly frugal however, I am much better now. I’ve even started buying more books to read not only about finances, but about self-help psychology and guidance. I hope all of you achieve your goals in life and experience love. I don’t know any of you, but I do have love for you. Be safe and have ❤️❤️❤️

I’m level 4 today. Our company is growing quickly and we should be level 5 in 2 years or less. I’m super happy at the level I’m at now. Like the video says, I count my blessings daily. I’m excited to level up, though. We travel quite a bit, but much prefer business and first. I don’t expect my life will change much, I’ll just fly nicer planes and sleep in nicer hotels.
@kpbbco
@kpbbco Жыл бұрын
I'm currently at Level 5, but I can't relate to many of the points said at this level, except for perhaps the time and stress part. I live in a small, inexpensive townhouse as I don't see much point in a big house that's got too much space and is annoying to maintain. I still stick to coach/economy for flights less than 4 hours, because I honestly don't see much value otherwise. I don't enjoy staying at expensive hotels because I prefer vacationing in a more casual, laid back setting without all the flash. I don't eat at the nicest restaurants -- I actually prefer making my own food exactly how I like it with the quality ingredients I've picked for myself. I don't own an expensive car because a decent reliable car gets me from point A to point B just as adequately. I don't know, maybe I should start spending more money for the frivolous things just because I can afford to, but does that equate to happiness? Doesn't seem like it to me.

Assuming one is living in a developed nation, key is not staying at Level 2 for an extended period. Reaching Level 3 fast, preferably within 5-7 years within your career is important. I am currently somewhere in between Level 3 and 4. If you’re in an industry or job function where your income plateaus at around $200k, make sure to at least reach that level and milk it for an extended period to have a potential to reach upper middle class and save up some serious money. Most people will not likely make it to Level 4 $300k-500k just from their salary.

An advisor is a good idea, but if you don't want to deal with managing it actively or looping a third party into it, diversify into some index funds, some real estate (maybe smaller slices of it through REITs or fractional real estate services; $500k is not enough to directly buy a portfolio of properties), and perhaps 5-10% secondaries, alternatives, and crypto. Question advice you get; don't just blindly throw yourself into a 60/40 portfolio without understanding how this relates to risk (people who did that over the past few years are kicking themselves now)

That means 75.530.000 PEOPLE are described by 2 measly tiers while the rest of the ever so shrinking population gets their representation. But I am happy this video is like that. Most intelligent people won't fall for the "you will work your way up don't worry! the guy whos dad owns the firm and instantly got to level 4 deserves it!" and that may lead them to a better direction that this nonsense. No one needs NOR deserves 1 million $ per month and the funniest part is that even in the 1% there are again just few people that own so absurdly much that that again skews the numbers.

1.2m a year? Be prepared to trade away the best years of your life to attain that level of income. The rich just live off of earnings on investments or whatever kind of MM fund or CD they keep their play money washing through on the regular. The wealthy people are care-free while the "rich" surgeon is wondering why they're miserable and stressed about money with their $500k/yr. Basically all jobs in the 1% (~570k/yr) and up are gonna be life-consuming. How much do you think the CEO or CFO of a mid to large company has resting on their shoulders. The answer is a lot. The other issue with aiming for 7 figures, you end up spending more than a decade even if you're a genius and likable and a good communicator. You ever see Doug DeMuro? He used to be the youngest executive at Porsche NA in company history. He's a quirky dude with obvious genius qualities, but what I'm trying to say is that he saw the road ahead was 70 hour weeks where you get work emails haunting you in your sleep, keeping your phone on full volume and taking calls at 2am if need be. This video is so weird. It feels like a starter pack style. Anyway, if you want to trade your life away so you can drive a Porsche 911 and have a $1.5m home, but you'll spend most of your career at that ~200-300k range in corporate roles. Compared to the 120k a year job, you're already having all the negatives of not having much of a life outside work.

What interest rate do you have the house at? Aggressively clearing debt is generally not the best strategy unless it’s ultra high interest. Anything below market rate (like 7-8%) you should be investing money, not putting more into paying down a loan.

Dear Alux, I find myself in a very difficult and perhaps an unusual situation. I have been following you for perhaps more than a year. I also can relate to being part of each of your videos. I decided when I left high school not to pursue college because I barely graduated and felt that if I college would have been a waste of time and money because of the difficulty I had in school. I have underestimated the value of education. My life long struggles have been Attention Deficit Disorder and epilepsy, one has caused me a challenge to stay focused on a desired goal without getting distracted and the other has prevented me from driving. I have helped a store manager train store managers one even went on to become a district manager for another company. However without a car in retail an employee will never advance beyond a department manager. I considered self employment but I would still need to have transportation. Do you have any suggestions as to what I can do? Having a high school drop out as a store manager and me with some college education makes no sense when I am more ambitious and more educated just because she has a car (she even told me I am smarter than her).

In the state I live in it is illegal to drive any kind of motorized vehicle in that time. In addition some employers will not accept anything less than a personal car. For example my employer expects their managers to make daily deposits in their car. In other words the car my manager pays gas, maintenance, and taxes on is being used for company use. Others see paying other people to get you there not good enough. When I did drive my moped I was able to make it on own but it was not until I was not able to drive it did she tell me that she would made me a shift lead even though my friends were getting me to work on time every day. At that company the managers didn't even have to make the cash deposits. Those cases they see it as a form of dependability. I may be walking distance from work but because my manager has a car she is seen as more dependable even if her car was to break down.

It also helps to have investments that are not closely correlated which is a better way to diversify than to buy a whole bunch of different stuff that is closely correlated. When times are tough, companies can cut their dividends. I do love dividends though. I look for dividend growth rate so I know my dividends should grow on average faster than inflation.

LEVEL Certainly do not mind sharing that I was in a Level 2 income bracket, went back to school, graduated with honors, and am looking to move back into the workforce and at the same time working on a few opportunities on the side. Including a side hustle and personal curriculum that i am certain will help guide the next 2.5 - 5 years appropriately. I would like to add this wisdom, when I was very, very young my parents gave me 5 mason jars and told me one day how to divide up my allowance. 1 jar for saving, 1 for expenses, 1 for investing, 1 for fun, and 1 for charity. I have never forgotten those five jars, well into adulthood. It is an incredible thing to consider that even when I am sleeping, I am budgeting everything from my time, my emotions, relationships, and even my personal education. This education from a young age helps tremendously! Budgeting never goes away in life, no matter how little or how much you have.

What did u go back to school to learn if u don’t mind sharing

@@sphinx9517 Certainly do not mind sharing. After spending about 15 years of working as a graphic designer, I studied thoroughly the success of others in the companies that I always thought would be incredible places to work. I found pretty quickly that they all had the same background in public relations and corporate communications. 2020 and the pandemic was the opportunity to return to school and study this skillset so that I could compound all of the skills that I possessed as a graphic designer, with that of a specialist in public relations. This became an opportunity to network and earn a place in PR committees, and areas in the healthcare field which has always been a bit of a dream. So now, I am finding the perspective, wisdom, and insight to analyse my passions, interests, and skillset into a narrow focus to accomplish the next set of big goals in my own life. The wisdom here is the ability to focus, find the things that you are passionate about, and develop them to where others can find value in what you can offer. This requires a good amount of perspective and self-reflection but it is worth it.

Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. Putting our time and effort in activities and investments that will yield a profitable return in the future is what we should be aiming for. Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. "You're not going to remember those expensive shoes you bought ten years ago, but you will remember every single morning when you look at your bank account that extra 0 in there. I promise, that's going to be way more fun to look at everyday", I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life

you've remind me of what someone once said "The mind is the man, the poor is in it and the rich is it too". This sentence is the secret of most successful investors. I once attended similar and ever since then been waxing strong financially, and i most tell you the truth..investment is the key that can secure your family future.
