That's a question I haven't got before! Interesting! I suppose there are two aspects: Speed and spelling. Although I would say you don't need to "know" all the spellings. There are many words in English that I can type, but if you ask me how to spell it, I wouldn't know! (This is due to muscle memory in the fingers) So basically, I think the key is just to practice a lot. Try writing stories and texts every day, and also try those typing speed test websites to track your score.
