Dear Michael, I hope this message finds you well. I am currently working on improving my English language skills. However, I have noticed that at times, my verbal expression does not entirely align with my intended message. I was wondering if you could kindly provide me with some advice on how to address this issue. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Hi! That's a big question, but a really good one. I'd also say that this may be a problem for everyone. There is always much more going on inside our heads than is able to come out of our mouths. Even as a native speaker, I sound much smarter inside my head than I do when I speak. It's always a challenge to find the words to properly express your thoughts and feelings. There may be a few things that could help though. One is to slow down. See if you can slow down your speech to give yourself more time to think. Some of the best speakers are not always the fastest ones. Make sure you get a lot of speaking practice, and also make sure your vocabulary knowledge is sufficient. Reflect on what you say after you say it. If you feel like you couldn't express yourself properly, think about why and what words would have been better. There's only so much I can write in a comment, but I hope this gives you some ideas!

@@LevelUpEnglishPodcast thanks for your suggestion . I will definitely work on it. However, I have noticed that when I learn a new word, I remember it for a few days, but then I tend to forget it. Do you have any advice on how to improve my retention of new words?

Hi , thanks for your prodcasts , its really helpful , I have a question , how to increase my vocabulary words , do I study from Cambridge file 5000 words in Google . Can you give me your opinion , ideas or tips. I know i don't need that complicated words because native speakers they don't use it that much really need your advice about it.😊

Hi! Do you mean on my old channel - English with Michael? I uploaded my old cat playing around to KZbin long before I started teaching, but decided to keep it here because it's cute :)
