Hello Urania thank you for the video, I really learnt a few things. :-) Another suggestion can also be a self-care/self-maintenance list. I.e how often you get your hair and nails done for example. It will impact how you plan your budget as well.

Re. gratitude, or rather thankfulness, I write down, every time it happens, a gratitude reminder when someone has had a kind gesture, or a compliment, or done me a favour, with their names of course. F.i., the baker's wife who carried all my cakes to my car, the gas station boy who always services one with a smile, a friend or a cousin, a nieghbour - or a spouse ! - who went out of her/his way to bring back ,f.I;, thyme honey which is SO difficult to find and so on and so on. Then at the end of the year, I thank all these nice people with a little gift. The "Merci" chocolates boxes are very convenient, or you just write a thank you card.Year after one keeps the diary and is reminded of all those kind gestures people and it's very comforting.
