I'm sure you know this by now but unfortunately the knife you have here is a Chinese knockoff. While it is a beautiful and well made Chinese knockoff it is one none the less. I havw thee exact same knife and purchased it off of wish.com...the reason I bought it is because it is less than half the price of the real thing. There are several ways to tell apart the knockoff from the authentic one...the main and essiest being the authentic bill de shivs comes with a polished mirror finished blade...this chines one comes with a satin finished blade....also bill de shivs is a joke name put on the blade by the designer. If you read it long enough you'll get the joke.

@@GunCollector007 dont feel bad though...like I said I bought the same knife and I love it...mine arrived perfect...even down to a perfectly centered blade...and for only about 1/3rd the price if the real thing...in fact I went back on wish and ordered the larger 9.5" version of the same exact knife...and again arrived almost perfect...for knockoffs these akc Chinese leverlettos are a bargain!...however I did buy a nice a.g.a. campolin 9"horn swingguard so I have one thats authentic from Italy.
