@@Claudio_H_G Zeke probably didn’t trust eren 100% yet and he thought eren might use the founding titan to attack liberio. So they made a deal, once marley (and the world) announced the war eren using the fouding for back fire would be justified in war.

Im sure this has already been answered on your patreon but for your confusion as to why zeke and eren dont just shake hands now and do it was said by yourselves like 10 minutes prior lol, at 20:27 . Just because theyre brothers doesnt mean zeke trusts eren, theyve been fighting on opposite sides this whole time...

That and neither knows exactly what will happen if they did it. For all they know they could be frozen there as time moved normally defenseless for however long. You don't want to do something that might totally blow up on your face that deep in enemy territory.

And not only that, it's because they need the rumbling to deter any attack from outside the Island. And using if from the continent is too dangerous since it will inform everyone they are here. Marley would have just to retake the Founding Titan from their hands, without them having the time to defend themselves with the Rumbling. They juste needed the safety of Paradis Island.

I believe this is where Levi made one of his very very few mistakes. If he was gonna slice Zeke's legs to prevent transformation, then why the thunderspear? I think one of Isayamas goals was to show that even the best make mistakes.

I love hearing your opinions about each other's points of view. As for me, I used to hate Reiner and Zeke (and Gabi), but season 4 explained everything, and I understand what they've been through. As for Gabi, I forgive and understand her because she came to realize that the people inside the walls are not devils and gained an understanding of their struggles.

About Eren and Zeke not touching at this moment, it was because they don't know what will happen. It had been for more than a century that the Founding titan was never activated. And the children thing is only one part of the plan. To stop outside people to attack the Island, they need the Rumbling as a threat to the world. But in Marley, they can't activate the Rumbling and defend themselves during the time they use the Founding Titan. it will mean that Marley will know they are here and be able to retake the Founding Titan. But since the goal is to save everyone including Eldians, they have to use the Rumbling as a threat to stop any war coming from the outside world. Then, the people on the Island will die peacefully. Of course they'll be incapable to make children and reprodruce, but the ultimate goal is to free Eldians from their suffer. By logic, it's too dangerous to activate the Founding titan in Marley.

If the euthanasia plan is carried out, only old people will live on the island and they will no longer be able to defend the island from outside attacks. Therefore, before carrying out the plan, they need to attack the enemy naval base and use the rumbling to demonstrate their power. However, they are currently in Marley, and if they activate the rumbling now, they themselves will be sacrificed.

Zeke is still suspicious of Eren and has no real reason to believe Eren couldn't be manipulating him, so it didn't make sense to risk trusting him that much just then. They both really have no idea what is going to happen if they even just touch. Doing it could cause something super obvious in a way that could potentially reveal Eren's presence and Zeke as a traitor, while they are both still in Marley's custody. Remember Eren and Zeke alone would be very vulnerable to anti titan weapons, especially in that flashback from before Eren took the Warhammer titan. There are other reasons that are too spoilery, but in short, its was way too risky to just do it then. The plan to "save" the Eldians involved way more than just using the founder.

There're reasons... For Zeke, he needs to convince he's on Erens side bcoz 20:27 . Expanding a bit more would be spoilerish as of now. I can add points to existing information. If they do it at this point of time, Historia won't be able to birth royal kids. No royal kids means current Beast, Founding Titans will expire in 13 years Max... After 13 years, there is no royal Titan holder. Zeke, Historia both will be dead. That means, they can't use rumbling threat to protect themselves... The world will attack Paradis after 13 years... Eldians will be under siege for the remaining of their lifetime...

After the episode 80 I suggest you to watch the ova about Annie 'Shingeki no Kyojin: Lost Girls' just the 2 first episodes about Annie. It'll add more information about what's coming in the episode 81. Then after episode 86 you have to watch the last episode of the ova 'lost girls' that one is about Mikasa.

guys after attack on titan, you should for sure watch one of these ( Vinland saga) pls watch it you will love it for sure!! (Jujutsu Kaisen) it's a happy anime story and a really good one (Demon Slayer) it's a good one to watch maybe not for everyone tho (Death Note) a short cool anime! pls and thx! i love your reaction i have been watching it since you post ep 1x1!!

Spoiler of 3 episodes after... I think Zeke and Eren didn't want to execute the plan at that time because they needed some preparation to keep the island safe, like Yelena explains in the next episode, I think, Historia should have the baby with royal blood to be an ace up one's sleeve, if other countries knew they wouldn't have child anymore they could attack the walls when the eldians get too old to fight, so a person with royal blood should inherit the founder titan to activate the rumbling (just with the Shiganshina walls to protect them.
