I look forward to more. You and your family have a great holiday

Whoa. That's a haul. I've not seen anybody find that much gold in a day without excavators in rich ground. Great work you two legends.

(Part 2) Hello Levi, even the journey to the spot was so beautiful. The first day was so beautiful. I thought, yes, this is it. Your tip, "Levi wait for the second day"... Yes, what did I expect, gold. Maybe a nugget. But this? All this gold, the goosebump-inducing images of the gold, the quartz, the music. I don't even want to imagine how you felt while editing the video... I'm at minute 36...WOW, goosebumps and joy that you found so much gold. UNd I also think, joy that you were able to make such beautiful touching recordings. Overwhelming... I'm envious, but not because I, or we, don't begrudge you everything. Rather, I think everyone applauds, like after a really good movie. Hammer Oh yes, thanks for showing my comment.... Greetings fom Bavaria - in Germany Tom

Likewise. I’ve been very blessed to have been able to travel extensively in my life, but mobility is now compromised, so I enjoy the travels of others vicariously. I’ve not long discovered this channel, and I find it captivating on so many levels. I do hope that the ‘powers that be’ see sense, and allow This gifted young man to continue doing what he does so well. It seems that anyone whose interests take them from the ‘norm’ as penalised, simply for wanting to do things differently. Let us celebrate not limit these special individuals.

Good onya mate, as a prospector myself I'm wrapped that you can get some enjoyment from this, soon I'm going on a expedition with a life long friend.im going to try my hand on snipping instead of detecting as it seems to yield a fair amount. I will DEFINITELY let you know how I went and I might also try filming some for you. From Shane Locke Bathurst Australia 🇦🇺 🎉

I am disabled also. And I am at a point where I am only in my room. The only traveling is to the bathroom 😅. Not about sympathy, just describing the situation. That makes these videos even more exciting. Than what they might be for some other people. Because it's my extra view into the world. and something I would love to be doing.

Wish I could still trek around in the woods like that!! After injury’s a few times at work with people who choose to drive after drinking , have ruined my fun in life. The things I used to do that were my stress reliever but no longer can do because I have to save what strength I have to be able to work to pay for medication an my home for me to have when I can no longer move around . I surely enjoy watching your escapades through the forest to the creek or river to prospect !!! Keep up the hard work guys. Tell Rob it gets better cause babies grow up an soon he will have his family out camping with him but tell him to enjoy it while he can cause they grow up fast!!! I’m sure you have had that conversation with him cause look at your kids how fast they grow up!!!!!

Hi Levi! Great video again. The Sassafras tree has, what they call, wavy grain. I do woodcarving and trees with this (genetic) malformity are extremely rare and beautiful. maple trees having this type of wavy grain are used for the backside of violins. For this reason they sometimes call this type of malformity "fiddleback patterned wood". Keep up the good work 😀

Levi , if you have never tried hiking with a lightweight telescoping hiking pole, give one a try. Some people like to hike with two, I prefer just one. The pole provides a third point of balance that prevents falls. It is especially useful on steep descents. It also helps save your leg muscles. You use less muscular energy because with the third point of balance you need to exert less leg energy to maintain balance on uneven surfaces. If you are in a spot where you need to use two hands to climb or descend, just telescope it down and stick it in your pack. Great video of an epic time in the bush

Weird tree shape is probably from weathering/damage at the bottom and subsequent fungal or viral infection causing it to grow tumors. It being only at the bottom might indicate that it either happened early in its life or that damage exclusively happened near those parts, if it aligns well with the height of the hills it might be possible that it comes from flooding if that is possible in that area.
