Because of your great Levis videos I started to appreciate my Ribcage jeans more. I have two pairs , one in a 27 length and 29 length and both fit my butt and thighs like a glove and not sure why I wasn’t wearing them more so because of you I’ve been wearing them everyday ! Even purchased a darker wash ! Any videos on how you style them ?

hi'! i'm sorry for taking time replying to you. i would say it totally depends on which model you're considering buying, since some are more stretchy, slimmer in the waist but bigger in the booty area. did you buy anyting yet? otherwise, whouch ones are you thinking about? :-)

hi! I'm not very familiar with that specific design but, where are they loose and where do they fit? do you prefer low/mid/high rise? if you like the slim fit but could consider a high rise I suggest the "Mile high super skinny" :-)

i would say it depends on the design you want to buy! for the stretchy ones (with less cotton in them, for example the high rise super skinny) you can actually size down, but in the ones with a high percentage of cotton (for example 501) you can size up one or two sizes :-)

I’m so confused as to what size to order online. I am a size 25 at Abercrombie and urban outfitters… but these feel like they vary from the design. I want to order some low rise baggy ones n they say “runs big” yet you look a similar body type as me n yet all your sizes are bigger. I’m 5 foot 8inces tall. Any recommendations?? I’m thinking I’ll just go with 26 because that’s a size up. Idk I’m also going to try n find some at a thrift store but the ones i want are hard to find n I’ve only seen them online.

hi, and thank you so much! i have gained some weight since making this video, but at the time my waist measurement was about 70 cm. i would say that the georige wash is very ture to size. they may appear i tiny bit small the first 1-5 times you wear them but they stretch and form according to your body after a few wears. i would say go for your normal size!

jealous!! i only have that one pair of 501 skinny, but i think i’d prefer the classic fit. trying to find them second hand/vintage as well but they are so expensive here in norway 😭 still mostly obsessed with the ribcage design tho 🙈

@@ljungkvistt vintage are so nice - they have a nice relaxed fit! Apparently the ‘made and crafted’ line do some like Levi 501s. Do you have the app ‘depop’ Norway? That’s where I got mine from, second hand, and they were good value! I got a pair for £15 are they are so good!!!

no, we have something like it and that’s where i usually buy mine. i paid about £20 for mine, but the vintage ones are much more rare and therefore waaay more expensive here 😭

for a few reasons! first of all I buy all of my jeans second hand, and they are not always available in my exact size, so I can compromise the fit for the profit of the planet. I also gain and lose weight throughout the year, so I want to be able to wear nice jeans regardless of my weight/size. also, some of them (for example the mile high super skinny) run big, or small in this case, small in the sizes, and therefore it can be smart to size down/up :-)

@@laurenwilkinson626 hey! I'd say they're almost as high rised as the ribcage - I'm wearing the same top with all the designs and if you look closely you can see that there's a tiny bit of skin showing with the Mile High but not with the Ribcage 💕
