Great video! I recently tried on my husbands jeans and realized they are better made than the women's. They have much nicer deep front pockets and some of them fit curvy women too. I think most of the jeans you tried on were a size too big. I've noticed you really have to try on Levi's to find your correct size and it can vary a lot from color to color in the same pants. TFS

Have you ever seen the vintage Levi's from the 80's-90's. Don't remember the name , but they had a white patch sewn on the right rear pocket. I knew a few women who wore them and they looked awesome 👍 Levi's look great on you 😁

505 was the first Levi's I loved. They never had a men's/women's back then. But I felt like the 501s never fit my body. They were supposed to be illfittet at the time in the 80s.but then came the 90s.and 505.was a very feminine fit. Which was awesome. We loved them. And I wore them æ almost every day. In black.

Thank you! I'll have to go check out the 501 skinny, I love how vintage jeans look but I don't think that most of them would look very flattering on me. I always have the same problem with the waist, I'm 5'6"ft with a 24" waist and 36" hips and jeans are always too short and too tight around my hips, so I size up and they're too big around my waist. My mum hates going clothes shopping with me, LMAO

I have 23" waist and 34" hips and just bought straight leg ribcage levis! they're the first jeans I've ever had that fit my waist and my hips and I think it's because of the higher waist. I totally recommend them for curvier lower halves!

I have the same issue as well, my waist is 26.5 and hips are 39. But I always buy size 25 or 26 in Levi's depending on the style, the hips are tight at first but stretch later to fit me perfectly.

I think as someone who is short with a 13” waist to hip ratio, the wedgie jeans are a good place to start. Ive always worn skinny jeans but I know they are not on trend anymore. I’ve been afraid of the mom jean but I think it’s time to make the plunge. Going to order some now!

hi, i stopped wearing my LEVIS because i grew out of them. I have a pair of vintage 501 button fly that i loved when i could wear them BUT as we women grow and have children stuff changes... am i right ladies??? I'm 54 and I have a pair of 50s from my 20s that are still holding up. I can no longer read the size because the tag has faded. The newer 501s are close but higher waisted. Quality is just as good, especially if you can find a selvage pair or one from the cone mill.

I have similar proportions to you (28" waist, 37" hips) and I've found getting a tighter fit at first with a rigid 100% cotton 501 ends up fitting better in the long run as the cotton loosens and softens! I feel like I'm basically forcing the jeans to fit my hips 😆

Olya Yatskiv Hi! I tried the 24 and 25 and ended up choosing a 24. The 25 had a little gap in the waist in the back. The 24 felt tight in the hip the first time I tried them on, but after one first wash they are literally PERFECT. My most comfortable pair of jeans.
