Old switch did not use neutral. I needed help connecting white wire and you just raced past that part. You did something, not sure what.

Thanks for the feedback, sorry if I seemed to pass over it quickly, I simply connected green to ground in the box. White to white or neutral within the box, red to black of the load side to the fan and black to black of the line side or constant hot.

If you hold the top button for more than 5 seconds, it willl trigger an extended on state that will stay on for 24 hrs unless it is turned off manually before then.
