The perfect lesson instead of reading the boring text book at night. Love youtube, wish it was around effectively in 2004 when I was in High School.

As soon as i realized what the process was i immediately went to screen plays. The writing process behind most movies. eg, the three act structure, act 1: protagonist recognizes a problem or personal obstacle they need to overcome in order to reach their goal - act 2: they go through change or growth - act 3: they reach their desired goal and then are able to move on with their lives. Marvel movies are famous for their three act structures. lets try it out: Thor (the first movie): Act 1: is banished to earth by his father due to his behaviour, is forced to recognize his personal flaws (unfreezing). Act 2: he meets new people and slowly learns what it means to be a good person and adjusts his attitudes towards this (changing) Act 3: has become the selfless and courageous hero we know him for and is now able to return home as his father recognizes this change - also he gets the girl (refreezing) Try it out with other marvel films and it might be a great way to remember these steps :D

Hello, I'm researching Lewin's three-step model of change and found your video very helping in my endeavor. I would like to cite this video as a reference for my paper. Could you please help provide an APA reference or at the very least, let me know who the author or editor is so I can fill in the missing info? Thanks.
