The sad thing is that in capitalism the exploitation of the system by exploitation of the people is turned a blind eye to. As a result we live in a world full of environmental exploitation, horrible divides in wealth and resources, democracy destroying lobbying, nepotism and corruption, country destroying imperialism and war and a general indifference to the well being of billions of people that live well below the poverty line. it’s not legal harrasment he’s in a public space and therefores given up his reasonable expectation of privacy, it would be illegal if they trespassed. Law enforcement agencies follow people in public all the time without a warrant because you don’t need one. Edit: also just being "followed" in a public area isn't even close to the legal definition of intimidation imagine actually thinking that someone following someone else in public is illegal. we are not talking about threatening them or blocking their way, which is harassment but is also not what happened in this situation, nor is it a prereq to being followed generally. Do you honestly think that walking up to someone, which could be perceived as "intimidation for political purposes" would get you thrown in jail? What these people are doing does in no way meet any reasonable standard for what legal harassment is. Also I'm not defending them I thought this video was entertaining and thought they were being dumbasses it's just that what they're doing isn't illegal.
