Ok theory time. Lewis has not yet successfully dealt with his break up from Hannah. He's struggled to come to terms with the whole deal (even now) and is now unleashing his sexual energy in the form of some superb one liners and stories isolated by the hero that runs this channel. We never heard this kind of talk from him in the early days of Yogs to the best of my memory, and if I'm right the timing of the beginning of this new phase connects to their breakup. Am I crazy?
