I must get his books. 12 years I have buried my trauma; This interview along, with the prayers of my brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ- has me running to counseling to address my trauma. Yes I realized this, I want a deep, enduring, soulmate love but I'm so afraid of getting hurt, being vulnerable, opening myself up to someone that it's kept that possibility of reciprocal love away. I have subconsciously sabotaged potential connections in order to protect myself . I know I give love, deeply but I block myself from receiving it which has been a painful thing😢. I'm working on taking a chance, giving dating a chance again, in order to give love a chance.
