My biggest take away: the energy the you generate and give is the energy that you will receive. Start by forgiving - forgiving yourself and forgiving those who have hurt you. That will set you on the path to generating positive, radiant energy. It’s not that simple. Maintaining it is hard, but the more you do it, the better you will get at it. ❤️

I first started listening to Tony Robbins when I was 17 daily- with his 30 day CDs- every single day for one hour- commuting, getting ready- whenever! and the Personal power CDs- he was the first person that changed my life. Taught me things my parents couldn’t and dramatically changed the course of my life. Im turning 37 in May and he still has the same effect on me and my mind despite many many other speakers and teachers that came after him. Im very grateful to have come across him before the market got so saturated before social media came along.

Tony has been such an amazing source in my life, we had a group in college that met twice a week and we read The Bible, Think and Grow Rich, How to Win Friends and Influence People, and Awaken the Giant Within over and over and over. We studied it, we lived it, we patterned it and it provided so much more utility than anything else I studied in college and I am a doctor. Immerse yourself in this kind of stuff, listen to it over and over and over both actively and in the background and it will get in your head like a song, and trust me, Robbins running through your head will serve you so much better than whatever the latest pop princess is cranking out.

I maybe focus too much on what I dont want in my life so I attract it. But just as much as I think of what i dont want I think of all that i do want. But never having a lot makes it hard for me 2 create that feeling of having something ive never had. So that nice house. That dream car. That freedom. That happiness ive never felt so how do I create it. I dont want 2 say I need anything but I want help. I am tired and I hope that by me doing what I am that somebody somewhere will reach out 2 me and be able 2 help me to achieve or manifest all that I desire. Thank you in advance

Sam, imagination is KEY. You have to feel the feelings as if what you want in life is already in your possession. I know you mentioned that it's hard to immerse yourself in those feelings since you have never experienced abundance like that, but I promise you that the more you sit and truly, deeply immerse yourself in feelings of "already having", to where you feel tingles in your body, and where you catch yourself smiling ear to ear from feeling like you already have the things you want-I promise you that they will come. And don't put anything on a timeline or focus on your impatience. Just feel, have faith, and know that they are coming your way. It is your right to be abundant in finances, in love, in health, in blessings. Practice stopping yourself mid-thought when feeling negative, and instead replace it with a positive. Or if you've already finished the negative thought, then be mindful and aware in the moment and counter it with 2 positive thoughts. You can do this my friend. Blessings are simply waiting for you to be ready to receive them. Sending you energy filled with health, love, and happiness!

I could never articulate my disconnection with the idea of 'self-love', e.g. -being alive/doing nothing is enough (cause doesn't that make us entitled and narcissistic and contribute nothing to the world? lol) -'you gotta love yourself first before someone else can love you'. Isn't the whole point of the love of a parent - where they just love and appreciate you before you do so you learn how to love yourself? I love Tony's ideas of self love: -all love is self-love -appreciating yourself -loving others unconditionally -contributing to others I find that I 'love' myself the most when I'm growing, I'm kind to/contribute to others and I appreciate who I am as a person - not when i give myself a bubble bath or shop or treat myself.

I absolutely love Tony Robbins! Tony Is the first person who inspired me to reflect on my emotional being. I have lived my life being lead my emotions, most times it seems like I am trapped in my own head. One day six years ago I stumbled on a video with Tony helping some people figure themselves out. I could see myself in some of those people. I decided to get curious about emotions and understanding them and how it affects me, my well being and my progress. I started to work on my own personal development by watching videos like this and getting the good books. I always felt that I was born to be greater than what I seem to be but I could not wrap my fingers around what it was. Then I realized that I needed to expand and I wasn't able to do that unless I work on what is going on inside of me. I am still hungry and I am still seeking, but I feel like I am closer now to understanding myself and how my limiting beliefs had held me back all these years. And with that growing understanding, I am very certain that my next step is launching. THANK YOU MEN WITH GREAT HEARTS FOR SHARING THE WAY YOU DO!

23 minutes in and I'm ready to cry, this is amazing and I hope I can convey this message to certain people in my life. I've already had a brother murdered and another brother that I'm not sure it's going to make it another year or two

Wow this really hit me when he talked about choosing to love our moms even though they are the way they are. It’s something I’m working on. I’ve always loved my mom, but it’s been a rocky relationship and sometimes past memories come up. I just love her anyway as she is.

“Get on about living a life that’s meaningful…and you’ll love yourself.” One of my favorite things Tony said during this interview. When I feel down, the instant I do something that helps someone else or betters the world in some small way, I feel better. I get this feeling when I work, and that’s how I know I chose a career path that’s good for me and the way I give and receive love.

I went to Tony’s Awaken the Giant Within back in 2004. The best experience of my life! I made more money that year then any other time even while my personal relationship(life) was falling apart. Learned how to not use an alarm clock too. Haven’t used one since then. Thank you Tony for being you!

This is the most RAW I've seen Tony Robbins since I went to his LIVE events. He is never this passionate in videos and willing to say ANYHTING that his heart truly feels outside of his actual events. 20 min in and this is INCREDIBLE

You are way a head of the majority of folks watching. A lot of people don't even realize everything comes from loving yourself first. Too many people don't even like what they see in the mirror. Heal yourself, then heal the world.

There's always a brighter side to everything...🌄 How can you turn the day around?🙄 For me taking a shower always makes me feel better...🤗100% Side note lol: Try taking a shower & asking yourself what would it feel like if this was the first & last time I could experience it... Feel the water drops for the first time instead of just a normal daily routine...🙏

I was at work 25 years ago and someone walked up behind me while I was on the phone and it was Tony Robbins saying my full name! I had been reading and studying him for years previously so it was shocking in a good way! My boss had told him that I frequently share Tony’s methods and that I would be a manager if he buys a franchise for his son. Tony is a huge human and my hand was like a baby’s hand in his banana sized fingers 🤣 We are all blessed to have Tony in our lives!
