I am a seasoned boater and fisherman. I like watching this guys videos because he has literally rigged his 21 foot boat to the max and used every inch of it. This guy knows how to enjoy his boat. Its nice to see the passion he has for it. Even though Parker built his boat with a crooked pilot house he has made the most of it and kept a positive can do attitude. Plus he really does know alot about the electronics, plumbing and mechanical components of his vessel. He also runs his boat well and takes all the necessary safety precautions. That is the mark of a good captain.

Hi captain it happens all time especially if you mount anything on the transom due to vibration. Recommendation is to replace the nuts with lock nut which has rubber at the end. And I noticed that you are tightening a live wires you can see that your battery switch is set on #2 better to disconnect it before working on it. And also for safety try to have the fuel line and hand primer always from and electrical connections. Can you imagine if you had fuel leak and electric lose connection what could happen. I wish you all the best stay and navigate safe
@OutOnTheReef4 жыл бұрын
Very great and vice-captain and yes I forgot to switch the battery switch off that was a big mistake thanks for the heads up and the priming fuel line was install in the manufacture like that and I found it very weird that they will have it very close to the battery it does look dangerous if there's a spill I don't know how that boat made it through the safety inspection but they all are built like that

Hi Capt... I'm late with my response; I've been gone in the boat!... This is a great video on how to 'trouble-shoot' boat problems... Oh I like the humidifier too but I don’t keep the boat at home so I use those damp rid bags, one of them lasted almost a month before filling up, so before I wrapped the boat I put in 3 of them, I’ll go periodically and check or replace them.
@OutOnTheReef4 жыл бұрын
you are doing great cap as long as we try to keep the cabin dry , but you probably spending more on the rid bags , because you dont have power, have you consider a solar panel for a small inverter to run a small 17 watt dehumidifier
