I picked up a copy of that Lex Luthor book at my LCS and I am in the process of reading it. It's very good. It sort of strikes me as Lex Luthor and Clark Kent's Batman: Year One. Very similar tone and look.

@ Elon has a lot of innovative companies, but is still more of a businessman than engineer, unlike Lex who is both. Still, Elon has managed to convince a lot of people he’s a brilliant inventor. Then there’s the drive for political power. Elon has used his wealth and influence to buy a seat at the table, since he can’t literally be President While it may have made sense to model Lex after Trump in the 80s, these days I’d portray him as Elon Musk

I felt dirty after watching. Gunn hates superheros. He poops on them whenever he can. He pew pewed superman in the head on that awful show. Suicide squad was terrible. Hacks all of them. That reeves dude should be in charge. He made a decent batman film, and the penguin is good. Gunn got lucky with gaurdians and has been remaking it over and over. He can't make a film with one main character, which is what Superman should be not another version of guardians with a d.i.e cast, and race swapped Perry white. I guess racismus raceswapping is OK when Gunn does it because all the Gunn simps ignore it. Look at the big deal about the races and gender swaps in new Spiderman show bit Gunn gets a pass. Bloody simps.
