He is challenging them with different formations and assignments to see if his idea of 7 group is doable. That and he wants us to see what he sees in them. When trainees enter YG its survival from the getgo. Each month is a survival showdown to give your all. So, It's more a semi survival evaluation. 30 days only. And agree on the editing! He doesn't like mnet for that reason lol. YG shows the girls struggle, how they are trained ( not everything ofcourse), how they are judged and their real raw amazing character. Same has been with all YG survival shows. The treatsetter for kpop survival is YG lol. Started of with BIGBANG.

In YG its 100% done 1 year befor debute.thats when trainees know they're about to debute. It's been like that with BIGBANG, 2NE1, WINNER, IKON, BLACKPINK, TREASURE. YG doesn't change groups befor debute. The debuting group sign 1 year befor debuting and in that remaining year they prepare for their first mv, dance choreography, profiles taken etc. The videos we are getting are 1 yr old. He is a genius. He is showing us the preparation just like blackpink went through and also 2ne1 ( all boys had survival shows). What you see here is YG giving us what we wanted with blackpink. More behind the scenes and how they prepare girlgroups. YG always comes with new shit 😂 to entertain us. I'm happy majority are actually starting to see YG is like instead of Twitter or allkpop telling them.

mino decided to come to work that day as the swedish grandma😂(one of his tv personas). i'd love to see his evaluation of the girls, though. he's probably the best technical rapper in yg right now and has learned his skills mostly outside the company-from his underground rapper days and zico. like yoon, he's a survival/audition show veteran both as a contestant and judge. he seems to have an eye for the x factor and some people he mentored in those shows have gone on to become popular in korea like be'o and lee mujin. he loves it when people are taken aback by his outfit choices. it's refreshing to see jennie's mentor side too. i'm looking forward to how suhyun does as she's always been the baby there

No need to afraid cuz in original song there is no rap part that's why her screen time was short cuz they want to shock the audience with rap part and ruka gonna slay in her part so don't worry about it.... rather than perceiving this mini series as TREASURE BOX part 2 i'd say these "LAST EVALUATION" is kinda more like a recap, which purposely showing us some mechanisms before YGE decides to permanently forge this group as a 7 members girlgroup, or to be more precise each episode is much likely appears as a smaller highlight of what the 7 members had gone through before they finally gets crowned as the official member of BABYMONSTER
