The cop says Scottie dragged him with his vehicle and he was pretty agitated when he told the reporter that this guy is going to jail. He didn’t sound or look like a guy who only had a casual conversation with Scottie. So something happened and it might be in Scottie’s favor that the cops camera was not on. But I will say that if he dragged the cop with his vehicle he was lucky to walk away alive. Because when you do that, you usually get shot. At least some people do.
