Lexie saved my 2022 releasing this EP. Worth the wait! By the way, I loved how you picture "Diablo" in the lyrics as someone who just gave up and accepted their fate. It's a cleaver use and reference of what this entity represents and the esthetic behind its pop figure allows you to push further in depth the message. ¿Pero, porque espanõl?

Right? But it's also lovely seeing the direct references she made to The Devil card in the Tarot deck. The Devil is depicted holding two chains with collars on one male and one female. But upon closer look, it's a loose collar that they can easily get away from if they want to. It's depicted that way to show how what holds you back--your addictions, negative patterns, or detrimental qualities--is something that you have power over. And I love how Lexie was able to convey this so beautifully!
