Does this model have a first floor office and dining room space. The plan I saw had both on the 1st floor.

This one only has a dining room. The Cameron, prior known as the Katherine, has both and the owners suite downstairs, similar to this.

Stanley Martin does what they call smart select homes where they have packages that are predetermined and no changes can be made. They have multiple packages and this is one of them. I have seen one for sale that was this upgraded. The one thing I will say, I personally have not seen is the wine fridge option, typically it’s just cupboards and the plank floors upstairs, I have seen it carpet.

My best recommendation is to really have it narrowed down to the ideal neighborhoods and floor plan you want about 8 months in advanced. Then we can coordinate with the builders to find when one will be coming up, that aligns with your timeframe.

As well, as mentioned, Stanley martin doesn’t let you build, they only do “spec” homes where the builder pics the options. A few others have been letting people “build” from scratch and that takes about 6-8 months.

@@brandongaronteam I’ve been looking at Ashley Oaks in Blythewood, Lakeside at Woodcreek in Elgin, and Longview or Barr Lake in Lexington. Could you please let me know of any other all brick neighborhoods?
